– Well versed and connected into the different portals like Best Jobs, Linked In, Job Street, etc.
– Excelled in admin functions like employee regularization, promotion, etc.
– Monitor and ensures completion of manpower requirements both in the Corporate and Sales Division.
B. EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION
– Knowledgeable in handling Employee Performance Evaluation and Organizational Development.
EMPLOYEE RELATIONS/TRAINING
– Drafts and conduct/ present training to Operations and Back Office Department.
– Drafting and implementing HR programs.
LABOR RELATIONS
– Drafts and issues employee memorandums.
– Facilitates Administrative Hearing, for erring employees.
– Coordinates and prepares documents in coordination with Legal Counsel.
ADMIN/OTHER FUNCTIONS
– Assist in Public Relations and Social Media platforms. – Drafting, research, and preparation of the report. – Answering phone calls and emails. – Liaise with other departments.
CUSTOMER CARE – Team lead for front line handling customer concerns and inquiries. – Answering phone and email from customers and stakeholders. – Point person in handling clients’ inquiries for new business and after-sales. – Ensuring the needs and wants of the client are attended and taken care of. – Preparation of report and its status. SALES AND MARKETING – Marketing collaterals: Create, conceptualize, and draft content for posting (brochures and online) – Assisting and collaboration with concern department on strategies and various projects. – Providing timely and accurate feedback in messages/inquiries. – Conducts training and sales call (Lead Generation)
