I worked as a customer service associate for five years. I handled and resolved the customer’s concerns and issues. Then I shifted to a home-based job. I was a sales associate for identity theft protection, health insurance, and credit repair campaign. I reached out to leads through outbound and inbound calls, also via email and text using a certain CRM and dialer. I also worked as an appointment setter for a private Real Estate company. I also have experience working as a Virtual assistant for an Entrepreneur/CEO who did (not limited to) admin tasks, data entry, research, email, invoice, and calendar management. Then I worked as an Account Manager for a Digital Marketing Company, our service was to market beauty salons, shops, dental clinics, and other businesses in the US through social media. My job was to close a deal with the business owners along with the marketing specialist. And I also managed the sales, keeping track of the successful leads, closed deals, and the client’s account and how we can attract more clients.
