Nectar Social – Agentic Operating System for Brand Social, Creators and Community

Nectar Social is an agentic operating system for consumer brands. Its agent, Ren, engages fans, scores creators and traces social conversations to revenue, with brand teams approving what matters.

Description

Nectar Social is an agentic operating system for consumer brands that brings social intelligence, community management, creator workflows and conversational commerce into one place. Its agent, Ren, works alongside each marketing team, replying to fans, spotting creators and trends, and tracing social conversations back to revenue across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Reddit and X.

Founded in 2023 by sisters Misbah Uraizee (CEO) and Farah Uraizee (CTO), who previously worked on News Feed, creator monetisation and Facebook Groups at Meta and X, Nectar Social raised a $30M Series A in May 2026. The round was led by Menlo Ventures through its Anthology Fund, created with Anthropic, with True Ventures, GV and Kinship Ventures taking part. It says it handles more than 10 million conversations a week for brands including e.l.f. Beauty, Liquid Death and Figma.

Who Nectar Social Is For

Nectar Social is aimed at consumer brands where social is a sales channel, not just a broadcast one:

  • Beauty, food and lifestyle brands with high comment and DM volumes across several networks.
  • Lean social teams running multiple brands. Jel Sert says two people run eight brands on Nectar.
  • Creator and influencer teams that want to find fans who already post about the brand.
  • Customer care and insights teams that need one shared view of what customers say on social.

Core Capabilities

An Agent for Every Team

Ren works across community, creator, social, paid, customer care and insights work, drawing on the same pool of fans, creators, posts and conversations. Routine tasks, such as replying first or boosting a top organic post, can run on autopilot. Everything else arrives as a suggestion for a person to approve, so the brand team keeps control of voice, strategy and permissions.

Engagement Even When You Are Not Tagged

Nectar listens to comments, DMs, videos, creator content and untagged mentions, and Ren can leave the first comment or send the first DM in the brand’s voice. Each brand chooses which replies run autonomously and which go to human review.

360 Context Engine

Every profile combines social history with purchases, loyalty status, creator activity and competitor mentions, so replies and creator picks are informed by who the person actually is. Official data partnerships with Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit and X feed this context.

Revenue Tracing and Cited Insights

Nectar links conversations to orders, so teams can see which threads and creators drove sales. Its market intelligence can be questioned in plain language, and every number links back to the posts behind it.

Pros & Cons

Pros

  • Strong customer proof, including a 60% lift in response rates reported by e.l.f. Beauty.

Cons

  • Built for consumer brands, so B2B teams will get less from it.
  • Autonomous public replies need careful set-up of voice and approval rules.

Where Nectar Social Fits

Nectar Social sits at the enterprise end of AI social media agents, closer to a full operating system than a scheduler. If you mainly need posts written and published, lighter agents such as SocialSpider AI or tools like AdAnt AI may suit better. For creator programmes, compare it with the platforms in our guide to the best AI UGC and creator platforms.
