Description

Enrich Labs ACO (Agent Conversion Optimisation) is a measurement and fix product for brands that want to know whether AI shopping agents recommend them — and whether those agents can actually reach a working checkout. It is built by Enrich Labs, a Mountain View applied AI lab that also runs Helena, its AI marketer. ACO was publicly introduced on 4 November 2026.

Where AEO and GEO tell you whether an answer engine mentioned you, ACO scores the next step: named as the pick, per agent, plus a live probe of offer, price, terms, add-to-cart and checkout. The vendor currently tracks shopping agents including Muse and Instinct on paid plans, with Dots on Enterprise. A free one-page scan is offered; paid ACO plans start at $199 a month.

Please note: this is not a classic lead-enrichment or CRM data tool. It is unrelated to Enrich Labs at enrich.so (people and company data APIs). This listing covers Enrich Labs at enrichlabs.ai and its ACO product.

Who It’s For

  • E-commerce and DTC brand marketers who already invest in SEO and GEO and need to know if shopping agents shortlist them.
  • SEO and content leads responsible for AI visibility who want recommendation share, not only citation share.
  • Conversion and growth teams who care whether an agent can finish guest checkout, not only whether a page ranks.
  • Agencies and enterprise marketing orgs running multi-brand agent programmes (Enterprise plan).

Core Capabilities

Per-agent recommendation tracking. ACO scores each tracked agent separately (named pick, mentioned in prose, or absent) across a question library with search volumes and trends, then shows share of answers versus competitors and shortlist displacement when another brand takes your spot.

Purchase-path probes. A live agent walks the path a shopper’s agent would take — offer, price, terms, add to cart and checkout — and flags where it breaks. The vendor says probes stop before payment and personal data.

Agent-specific discovery signals. Muse is described as searching the live web and opening product pages; Instinct as leaning on gatekeeper roundups and listicles (with a gatekeeper map on Muse + Instinct); Dots as auditing claims and evidence (Enterprise). Category language checks (for example “fresh” or “human-grade”) compare how you speak to how each agent defines the category.

Fix queue and Helena. ACO hands you a ranked weekly fix queue (titles, answer summaries, structured fact blocks, retailer feed corrections, engineering tickets). Optional Helena plans (from $99 a month on Pro) draft and, with your approval, ship PDP rewrites, answer capsules, redirects and gatekeeper outreach, then retest the same queries.

  • Weekly fix queue; optional Helena deployment with approval logging and retest

Pros & Cons

Pros

  • Clear framing beyond GEO: recommendation pick plus buyable checkout, scored per agent
  • Published ACO prices and a free scan to evaluate the angle before paying
  • Read-only external scans; no site access required until you approve fixes
  • Optional closed loop with Helena drafting fixes and retesting the same queries

Cons

  • Brand-new ACO product (4 November 2026) with early waitlist and customer cap
  • Entry price is high versus typical GEO tools ($199–$499 a month for one brand)
  • No guarantee of recommendations; agent behaviour changes and the vendor says so openly
  • Deploying fixes needs a separate Helena subscription from Pro ($99 a month) unless you implement yourself

Where It Fits

ACO sits at the junction of AI SEO, classic SEO, analytics, e-commerce marketing and conversion optimisation. Use GEO/AEO tools to win mentions in answer engines; use ACO when the buyer is a shopping agent that picks a brand and tries to check out. It does not replace product analytics, paid media or a CRM.

If you searched for Enrich Labs expecting email or people enrichment, that is a different company (enrich.so). Keep this listing pointed at enrichlabs.ai and Agent Conversion Optimisation.

FAQs

What is Agent Conversion Optimisation (ACO)?

ACO is Enrich Labs’ term for getting recommended by AI shopping agents and making sure they can complete a purchase path on your site. It measures named picks and checkout readiness, not only mentions.

How is ACO different from SEO, AEO and GEO?

SEO ranks URLs, AEO wins snippets, GEO wins mentions in ChatGPT-style answers. ACO covers whether a personal shopping agent names you as the pick and can find a buyable offer through to checkout.

Is Enrich Labs ACO free?

There is a free one-page scan. Ongoing tracking is paid, from $199 a month for Muse-only coverage. Muse + Instinct was waitlisted at $499 a month when we checked.

Is this a lead-enrichment tool?

No. Enrich Labs ACO at enrichlabs.ai tracks AI shopping-agent recommendations and checkout paths. It is not a CRM contact or company-data enricher.
