Minerva – Agentic Consumer Data and Marketing Platform for Brands

Minerva is an agentic platform for consumer marketers. It enriches first-party data with a 270-million-record consumer graph, then uses agents to analyse funnels, draft and push campaigns, and report on performance.

Description

Minerva is an AI platform for consumer marketing leaders. Its agents take on the operational data work: unifying and enriching first-party customer data, analysing the funnel, drafting campaigns, pushing them to activation platforms, and sending auditable performance reports. Marketers stay in charge of the brand story and approve what goes live.

New York-based Minerva launched publicly on 9 June 2026 with $20M from The General Partnership, 8VC, Lingotto Innovation, Topology Ventures, NBA Investments and others, alongside a partnership with OpenAI. Co-founder and CEO Jackson Engles says that in early deployments Minerva helped brands improve paid media ROAS by 3.4x and direct mail MQL creation by 2.5x. Early customers include the NBA, Wander, Hard Rock Stadium Group, Trust & Will, Clay and Ramp.

Who Minerva Is For

Minerva suits consumer businesses where acquisition is expensive and data is fragmented:

  • Consumer brands wanting better targeting, routing and suppression.
  • Growth and performance marketers under pressure to improve CAC and ROAS.
  • Direct mail and paid media teams that need richer audience data.
  • Marketing leaders who want reporting without building a data team.

Core Capabilities

Agentic Data Engineer

The Agentic Data Engineer unifies Minerva’s attribute data with a brand’s interaction data and standardises each consumer’s user and life journey. Minerva says its consumer graph covers 270 million records and more than 1,000 attributes, updated daily since 2010.

Agentic Data Scientist

Agents proactively review your funnel and provide daily monitoring of what is missing, what is winning and what to do next. You can also ask direct questions, such as a yearly performance review broken down by best-performing demographics.

Campaign Generation and Activation

Using their understanding of your funnel, agents draft campaigns covering segments, hooks and creative briefs for Google Ads, Meta, direct mail and email. You can edit them or push them straight to your activation platforms.

Measurement and Reporting

As campaigns run, agents push auditable reports to your dashboard and inbox, covering ROAS, CPA, spend pacing, conversion and attributed revenue. Minerva reports an average implementation time under five days.
