🌟 About our Client: Our client is a U.S. beauty company behind fast-growing hair care and beauty brands, selling to consumers through e-commerce, marketplaces, and social commerce. Its in-house creative team produces high-volume ad content for TikTok, Meta, Amazon, and streaming platforms.

✍ Short Description: You will join an in-house creative team that produces a high volume of video ads, working closely with the Acquisition and Media teams. Your day-to-day will focus on organizing raw footage, building rough cuts from creative briefs, and turning around multiple ad variations with new hooks, cuts, and formats. Requests often come in last minute, so you will keep quality high while moving fast. This role is a great fit for an editor who cares about what makes an ad perform, not just what looks good.

💼 Responsibilities:

• Ingest, organize, label, and back up raw video and audio files using consistent naming conventions.

• Build assembly edits and string-outs from creative briefs.

• Sync audio and video, apply basic lighting and color corrections, and clean up audio.

• Produce multiple versions of each ad (new hooks, cuts, and formats) on short turnaround times.

• Use AI tools and built-in AI editing features to speed up your workflow while keeping quality high.

• Apply feedback from senior editors, creative leads, and the Acquisition team across revision rounds.

• Export final files to the specifications of each platform, including TikTok, Meta, Amazon, and streaming.

💡 Qualifications:

• 2+ years of professional video editing experience.

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (required). After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro is a plus.

• Strong portfolio of vertical short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts.

• Understanding of ad optimization: how hooks, pacing, and creative variations affect performance.

• Hands-on experience with AI editing tools and the AI features built into editing software.

• Familiarity with UGC-style and social-first content. Experience with paid social ads or beauty, fashion, or lifestyle content is a plus.

• Strong file organization habits, attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm under tight deadlines.
