I have been a collections representative from a third party collections agency for BDO and HSBC for almost 3years and almost 5years Retention agent from Virgin Mobile UK. Currently working remotely as an admin; providing back end support to company project based in the Philippines and as a customer support representative for a food delivery service based in Canada.
