Description

1 and half years of experience in Database Developer/Analyst/Email Campaign Specialist, 1 and half years of experience as an IT Officer

Creating, troubleshooting, and maintaining MS SQL query scripts and stored procedures
Maintain customer count reports by a variety of variables
Ad Hoc Analysis utilizing Transactional Customer Database
Providing Analysis reports to the clients
Providing Reports and Emails using Lyris (Third Party Application)
Building email campaigns, database selection, HTML presentation and quality assurance of all outbound campaigns
Performs day-to-day email marketing activities including, but not limited to, email campaign set-up, scheduling, testing, tagging and deployment of one-time, recurring and dynamic content-driven campaigns
Troubleshoots technical issues related to HTML templates, list segmentation and other aspects of email execution as required.
Responsible for activities involved in the analysis, design, development, troubleshooting, debugging and maintenance of enterprise, high-volume, transactional systems.
Ability to code complex programs and derive logical processes.
Enforce database standards and procedures.
Capable of communicating in both verbal and written form to the level of published.Report Generation, Validation, Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management.
Data Analysis – Comprehension of data produced and able to explain its content
Report Design – Effective creation of templates to increase productivity
Special projects – Effective time management to handle ad hoc requests
Microsoft SQL – Have a basic understanding of code and able to perform modifications to existing queries as needed
Maintain customer count reports by a variety of variables
Creating, troubleshooting, and maintaining MS Excel spreadsheets
Check updated data from address data monthly clean-up
Handling the website and designs and all emails of the owner of the company.
SEO, SEM for company website and clients websites.
Using SQL to track down employee’s time in and time out and absences.
Creating Email accounts and user profile for the employees.
Editing files and documents for the company using Adobe Photoshop.
Hardware, Software and Network Troubleshooting of the employees.
Assembling computers for new employees.
