For the past 15 years, I have worked extensively with non-profit and governmental organizations, particularly those providing services in communities with demonstrated economic, educational and health disparities. I am committed to improving the opportunities available for individuals in need, and believe that I can assist any organization to increase and diversify revenue as well as to increase the breadth of services offered.
I have extensive experience in business development, including grant writing and research, Public Relations, community, corporate and donor relations, and strategic development. I have been highly successful at proposal writing, and have a wealth of experience with both governmental and private funding sources. I am highly skilled at assisting organizations from start up to expansion, including the development of business and strategic plans, fiscal processes and budgeting, and social and traditional marketing. • Development of agency-wide Strategic Plans for fundraising, communications and marketing toward long-term sustainability, including board development; vendor and donor relationships; grants strategy and writing; social and traditional marketing plans; and restructured requests for foundations and donors based on current needs and assets.
