Gradial – AI Agents for Enterprise Marketing Operations, From Brief to Go-Live

Gradial is an agentic platform for enterprise marketing operations. Its agents take work from brief to go-live inside existing CMS, DAM and ticketing tools, keeping a record of every action and a human approving what ships.

Description

Gradial is an agentic platform for enterprise marketing operations. Its agents take on the heavy lifting from brief to go-live: building pages in your CMS, assembling emails, organising assets, localising content and shipping fixes for AI search gaps. They work inside the systems you already use, keep a record of every action, and leave a human to decide what ships.

Seattle-based Gradial was co-founded by former SpaceX engineers who worked on Starlink. In June 2026 it raised a $65M Series C led by Insight Partners, with VMG, Madrona and PruVen, at a reported $675M valuation. The company says it has raised more than $110M in 16 months, and that its ARR grew more than ten-fold in the past year. Customers include AWS, Prudential, T-Mobile, Vanguard, Kaiser Permanente and US Bank.

Who Gradial Is For

Gradial is built for large marketing organisations with high-volume, high-risk publishing:

  • Web and content operations teams working in AEM, Contentful, Drupal and similar CMSs.
  • Campaign operations leads coordinating briefs, dependencies and reviews across channels.
  • Regulated brands in financial services, healthcare and telecoms that need compliance checks.
  • Global marketers localising content across markets.

Core Capabilities

Brief to Go-Live With Grady

You give Grady, Gradial’s agent, a brief and source material. Agents then build pages, assemble emails and organise assets in your existing tools, coordinating the steps between brief and launch so teams stop copying and pasting.

Execution, Not Just Recommendations

When AI search data shows a competitor outranking you in AI-generated answers, or key content missing, Gradial does not just hand back a recommendation. It prepares the fix as a page update for your team to review and publish.

Governance Built In

Brand, compliance, security and review requirements are set before work begins. You define which systems agents can touch and which actions they can take, issues are flagged for review, and nothing is published without your approval.

Connected to the Enterprise Stack

Gradial connects to AEM Sites and Assets, Bynder, Contentful, Drupal, Figma, Word, Workfront, CDPs, ticketing systems and other agents via MCP. Avalara, for example, turns Jira tickets into publish-ready pages while keeping governance inside the workflow.
