Some links on Digital Marketing Supermarket are affiliate links, and some listings and spotlights are sponsored. We may earn a commission or a fee from these at no extra cost to you. Sponsored placements are always labelled, and payment never decides a review score. We use AI tools to help with research and drafting, and an editor checks and edits everything before it’s published.

Minerva is an AI platform for consumer marketing leaders. Its agents take on the operational data work: unifying and enriching first-party customer data, analysing the funnel, drafting campaigns, pushing them to activation platforms and sending auditable performance reports. Marketers stay in charge of the brand story and approve what goes live. For the quick facts, see our Minerva listing on Digital Marketing Supermarket. This Minerva review covers what it does, who it suits, pricing, alternatives and our verdict.

Everything below was checked against minerva.io, its pricing page and its June 2026 launch announcement on 29 October 2026. We have not used Minerva ourselves.

Is Minerva Real? What We Checked

Minerva launched publicly on 9 June 2026 with $20M from The General Partnership, 8VC, Lingotto Innovation, Topology Ventures, NBA Investments and others, alongside a partnership with OpenAI. Jackson Engles says early deployments helped brands improve paid media ROAS by 3.4 times and direct mail MQL creation by 2.5 times. Named early customers include the NBA, Wander, Hard Rock Stadium Group, Trust & Will, Clay and Ramp. It is CCPA compliant and SOC 2 Type II.

How Minerva Works

Agentic Data Engineer

It unifies Minerva’s attribute data with a brand’s interaction data and standardises each consumer’s journey. Minerva says its graph has been updated daily since 2010.

Agentic Data Scientist

Agents review your funnel daily, flagging what is missing, what is winning and what to do next. You can also ask direct questions, such as a yearly performance review by best-performing demographics.

Campaign Generation and Activation

Agents draft campaigns with segments, hooks and creative briefs for Google Ads, Meta, direct mail and email. You edit them or push them to your activation platforms.

Measurement and Reporting

Auditable reports on ROAS, CPA, spend pacing, conversion and attributed revenue go to your dashboard and inbox. Minerva reports an average implementation time under five days, and offers a Data API and MCP.

Who Should Use Minerva

  • Consumer brands wanting better targeting, routing and suppression.
  • Growth and performance marketers under pressure on CAC and ROAS.
  • Direct mail and paid media teams needing richer audience data.
  • Marketing leaders who want reporting without building a data team.

How We Scored Minerva

Criterion Score Why
Features 4.5/5 Data graph, analysis agents, campaign drafting, reports, API and MCP
Pricing transparency and value 3.5/5 Public Growth price and trial; high entry cost
Evidence and credibility 4.5/5 $20M, OpenAI partnership and named customers
Ease of getting started 4/5 No-card trial; set-up under five days on average
Overall 4/5 A strong data-first agent platform for US consumer brands

Our Verdict on Minerva

Minerva is different from most marketing agents because it brings its own data. For US consumer brands whose first-party data is thin or fragmented, enriching it with a 270-million-record graph and letting agents find the winning segments can make a real difference to acquisition costs. At $12,000 a year it is a considered purchase, so use the 14-day trial and its 100 free records to test enrichment on your own customers first. Brands outside the US should check data coverage before committing.
