Instagram account Handler, Instagram Marketing specialist, Customer Service Associates- Outbound and Inbound call, Lead generation and email support.

4 years as a call center agent handled Billing account of Comcast for 2 years then level up to tier II technical support for 2 years in the same company. I got promoted as a Subject Matter Expect for about a year. I am also handled 4 accounts in instagram as Marketing strategist for promotingtheir account and targeting more clients.

I have experienced in Business processing outsourcing for almost 7 years as a technical support representative and last year i started working being a part timer as a Instagram Strategist. I handled 4 accounts every day with 50 engagement and i can reach my quota with 250 engagements for very week.

I used english communication everyday because it’s needed to my work as a call center agent. I used american accent and its almost 6 years now since i started working in call center.
