I currently work as a remote Executive Assistant to a UK-based Amazon seller who has accounts in US, UK and EU marketplaces. I collate monthly data for my client’s P&Ls such as COGS, Stock Levels and Sales, as well as storage fees reports. I also reconcile Amazon reports to request reimbursements and ensure that we get money back for lost/damaged inventories and customer refunds with no returns. I’m also responsible for preparing monthly reports such as sales reports, ad spend, website traffic, current inventory levels, customer returns, and compiles large/bulk orders and puts it all together to create a business performance dashboard on a monthly basis.
Prior to being an Executive VA, my role for the same client was mainly focused on customer service where I was responsible for providing email support to customers and addressing their concerns. I also monitored product reviews and seller feedback and ensured that we maintain an excellent seller performance rating. I also performed a lot of other admin-related functions including data management, product sourcing, and content writing.
