I’ve been in the BPO industry for over than 5 years providing outstanding customer service, moderating community forums for software developers, assisting customers with their technical issues by remote access troubleshooting, acting as floor support to my team, processing and resolving complaints as a Complaints Manager then eventually an assistant to a Team Leader. I also have experience handling B2B accounts, e-commerce and creating marketing content. I have enhanced my skills and acquired a couple more which are relevant to any field of work.

• MS WordMy first employment experience was as a Customer Service Representative in IBM Daksh under the Sprint Nextel account, where I addressed customers’ inquiries such as billing, technical and general questions regarding their subscription.
I started my HR career as an assistant under Risk Management and Security Team of Nestle Philippines, where I organized and updated emergency training documents, research updates regarding the field and escalated confidential matters across the department.
Then I had the opportunity to expand my experience by joining a BPO company as part of the HR manpower planning and recruitment. I did phone screening of applicants as well as face to face interviews for both the support and operations department, led Wastage Team Project Problem Solving, helped out in editing and preparing of job descriptions for employees, conducted background investigation of new hires. I was a project leader of a satellite dish network, financial and healthcare accounts, facilitator and also a speaker in Orientation for New Employees (ONE). I also represented the department as a quality management system coordinator, business process map creation lead, ISO document writer during the time where we are applying for ISO accreditation (it was a success).
I was also part of the correspondent team for Human Resource Management System (HRMS), an automated system aimed to integrate all HR processes from beginning to end.
With all these experiences and recruitment becoming my comfort zone, I accepted a new offer as Human Resource Division Head of a marketing company, Yeaps Corporation, where I did sourcing and staffing for requested additional manpower, worked with payroll team for the accuracy and timeliness of salary and benefits, strengthened policy implementation and business culture integration, led employee relation programs, and institutionalized internship program.
My latest HR experience is specializing in compensation and benefits where I oversee prompt, accurate and immediate resolution to all government mandated benefits and company initiated benefits. Conducts training and roadshow as necessary to update employees of their benefits. Coordinates with different government agencies to address inquiries if there are updates and to cater site transactions for the employees to enjoy hassle free process.
