TRANSLATION, TRANSCRIPTION AND PROOFREADING:
I am a genuine native Polish-speaker from Poland with a highly fluent command of English (C2) French (C2) and German (C2).

I provide high-quality, 100% human, translation services to and from – all mentioned above Polish, English, French and German.

My translations are meant to sound as natural and intuitive as possible while preserving the intended message and content of the original text. I’ve been translating, as a freelancer, for more than 5 years now and I’ve translated various (medical, health, finance, beauty, fashion, house decor, EU projects related etc.) texts.

My standard translating speed is between 200-600 words/hour and 2,000-6,000 words/day. Speed is based on the complexity of the source materials.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT:
I’m a big supporter of reward based motivation and my management style is a mix of laissez-faire + coaching. Some of the management tools I used are JIRA/Trello/productboard/Asana/Basecamp, but their choice really depends on the project. The goals I tend to focus on while creating an effective work environment are:

Your message to the client is the most important part of the story! My background is the sum of experience which I’ve gained simultaneously while working for Hewlett-Packard Company and while striving for making a name for my own little business at the same time. I was able to skill myself by promoting and advertising i.a.:

→ internet portals,
→ websites concerning a local physically existing business

RESEARCHING:
This is a particular field of today’s market as it requires combined skills of a true detective, a copy-writer and more often also a translator. In my opinion the best possible research is as far as possible controlled, rigorous, systematic, valid, verifiable, empirical and most important – critical. Although I undoubtedly love carrying out miscellaneous researches and investigations I bear in mind that this is frequently an arduous task and full concentration during the whole process is required! My love to inquiries and to finding what’s hidden makes it possible.
