I started my career as a Marketing Executive / Executive Assistant / Researcher back in 2010 at S.Y. Industrial Corp. which honed my set of skills such as:
1. Client Management
For Promo/Premium Item Division:
– Client Prospecting.
– Presentation of New Ideas or Products at the assigned client.
– Follows the client suggestion on what product they want.
– Monitors production of promo item at the factory.
– Process Delivery to Client.
– Prepare Sales Invoice/Billing and Collection Payment.
For RAW Material Division
– Monitoring of incoming shipment of MIWON MSG from PT MIWON Indonesia for existing industrial client via email.
– Creation of Quarterly and Yearly Sales Report of MIWON MSG and submit to the President.
2. Research
– Online research in Google and Alibaba for new products and new raw materials and submit to the President.
– Tariff Rate Research and submit to the President.
3. Email Management
– Sending Email Invitation for trade exhibit of C.E.S.S. (Cosmotor Electric Saving System – new product under Energy Saving Division).
– Sending Email Proposals to visitors during the exhibit.
4. Executive Assistant Skills
– Serving as Marketing Staff / Assistant of the President during trade exhibits of C.E.S.S. and attend to inquiries of visitors.
– Creating Excel reports with charts for the Electric Consumption and Percentage Savings of newly installed C.E.S.S. clients and submit to the President.
– Do the accreditation processing (manual and online submission) to all divisions of S.Y. for its new client.
– Tasked by the President to do client prospecting for the Plastic Packaging Division.
– Tasked by the President to process Chinese Visa Application for the Canton Fair.
5. Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
