Create/Review/Send deadlines and timelines to all applicable parties
Confirm Escrow Deposit
Coordinate with Vendors (Home, Termite, Roof, etc)
Send emails and reminders to scheduled inspections to all selected parties
Facilitate with Title to open escrow & order HOA documents
Send Estimated Settlement Statement to selected parties
Weekly Follow-Up
Assist with additional document/request if needed
Convey all final closing instructions to buyer and seller
Coordinate with closing time and location with all parties
Compile all documents into a folder and provide sharing link to agents
