Alta Review 2026: AI SDR Agents for Outbound and Inbound

October 30, 2026 · 5 min read

Some links on Digital Marketing Supermarket are affiliate links, and some listings and spotlights are sponsored. We may earn a commission or a fee from these at no extra cost to you. Sponsored placements are always labelled, and payment never decides a review score. We use AI tools to help with research and drafting, and an editor checks and edits everything before it’s published.

Alta is an AI go-to-market platform for B2B revenue teams. Three named agents share one company brain: Katie runs outbound prospecting, Alex qualifies inbound leads and books meetings, and Luna watches for growth signals in your existing accounts. Every customer also gets a human account manager. For the quick facts, see our Alta listing on Digital Marketing Supermarket. This Alta review covers what it does, who it suits, pricing, alternatives and our verdict.

Everything below was checked against altahq.com, its plans page and Calcalist’s funding coverage on 29 October 2026. We have not used Alta ourselves, and Alta does not publish prices.

Is Alta Real? What We Checked

Alta was founded in 2023 by Stav Levi-Neumark (CEO) and Tom Hoffen, both formerly of monday.com, with serial entrepreneur Mor Shabtai. In July 2026 it raised a $25M Series A led by IN Venture, the investment arm of Sumitomo Corporation, taking total funding to $32M. The company reports more than 300 customers, naming Snowflake, Deel and Atlassian, and says revenue grew 800% in under a year. Testimonials on its plans page come from teams at monday.com, PayPal and Riverside. Those growth and productivity figures are Alta’s own, not independent tests.

How Alta Works

The pitch is simple: one system that finds prospects, answers inbound interest and spots expansion, so that each agent knows what the others have learned.

Katie, the Outbound Agent

Katie builds audiences from more than 50 data sources, including CRM records, intent signals, job postings, news and product usage. She waits for trigger events, then writes personalised outreach across email, LinkedIn and calls, switching channel based on what gets replies.

Alex, the Inbound Agent

Alex replies to inbound leads straight away by AI-powered call or chat, asks qualifying questions, scores intent using CRM context and books ready buyers into your reps’ calendars. Confirmations and reminders aim to cut no-shows.

Luna and the Company Brain

Luna joins CRM data, call recordings and product usage with outside signals to find lookalike accounts and moments such as a champion moving to a new company. Outcomes feed back into the shared brain, so outbound already knows what inbound heard.

A Human Account Manager

Onboarding is white-glove, and a named account manager supports each customer. Your team still owns strategy, message approval and closing.

Who Should Use Alta

  • Sales development teams that want outbound running around the clock without extra hires.
  • Inbound sales teams whose leads go cold before anyone replies.
  • Revenue leaders who want to revive closed-lost deals and expand existing accounts.
  • Mid-market and enterprise companies that prefer a managed relationship to a bare tool.

Alta is less suited to solo founders or very early start-ups that only need a few hundred cold emails a month.

How Much Does Alta Cost?

Plan Price What you get
Alta platform Quote on request Usage-based pricing that scales with your team, free CRM and 50+ tool integrations, white-glove onboarding

Pricing checked on altahq.com on 29 October 2026. Alta gives prices by quote only; its plans page asks for your team size and promises a quote within hours.

Because pricing is usage-based, ask for a worked example at your expected volume of contacts, calls and meetings, and check whether the human account manager is included at every level.

Pros and Cons of Alta

Pros

  • Outbound, inbound qualification, expansion and closed-lost revival in one system.
  • Shared memory between agents avoids repeated or contradictory outreach.
  • Well funded, with named enterprise customers.
  • A human account manager backs up the software.

Cons

  • No public pricing.
  • Built for established go-to-market teams rather than solo sellers.
  • The agents need time to learn a new market before results settle.

How We Scored Alta

Criterion Score Why
Features 4.5/5 Outbound, inbound and growth agents with shared memory and wide channel coverage
Pricing transparency and value 2.5/5 Quote only, although the usage-based model is clearly explained
Evidence and credibility 4/5 $32M raised, 300+ customers and well-known logos; results self-reported
Ease of getting started 3.5/5 White-glove onboarding, but a sales process before you start
Overall 4/5 A strong, well-backed AI SDR platform for established B2B teams

Our Verdict on Alta

Alta is one of the most complete AI SDR platforms we have listed. The shared company brain is its real advantage: inbound, outbound and expansion work from the same context rather than three disconnected tools. It suits revenue teams with enough volume to justify a quote-based contract. Smaller teams, or anyone who wants to test with a card before talking to sales, should start with Extrovert or AgentSDR.
