Omnia Agent Review 2026

October 29, 2026 · 5 min read

Omnia Agent is an AI visibility product that does more than report how ChatGPT and other AI engines talk about your brand: it diagnoses why you are missing, writes the content, drafts outreach and then measures the result. This review covers how it works, who it suits, what it costs in euros and how it compares with other GEO tools. For the short version, see our Omnia Agent listing on Digital Marketing Supermarket. This Omnia Agent review covers what it does, who it suits, pricing, alternatives and our verdict.

Everything below was checked against useomnia.com, its pricing page and Product Hunt on 29 October 2026. We have not used the product ourselves.

Is Omnia Agent Real? What We Checked

The Omnia Agent launch reached number four on Product Hunt on 1 October 2026. The site carries customer quotes from INDYA, Walls.io, Dermofarm, CoverManager, Product Hackers and OkTicket, and OkTicket reports a 30% increase in leads coming from AI. Those are vendor-published testimonials rather than independent case studies. The pricing page frames the product as an alternative to an in-house AEO hire costing €45,000 to €60,000 a year.

How Omnia Agent Works

Omnia describes its process in six steps: Discover, Diagnose, Strategise, Create, Place and Measure. That loop is what separates it from tools that stop at a dashboard.

Discover: Prompts and Daily Tracking

The agent finds the prompts your buyers actually type and tracks them every day. It reports share of voice, citations and competitor benchmarks across countries and languages.

Diagnose and Strategise

Omnia analyses your site and the sources AI engines cite, and runs sentiment analysis by product feature against competitors. Findings become proposed Projects, and nothing goes ahead until you approve it. That approval step is important for brand safety.

Create: Content and CMS Publishing

Once you approve a Project, the agent writes new content or rewrites existing pages in your tone of voice, and it can publish straight to your CMS. Recommendations become live pages rather than a to-do list.

Place: Publisher Outreach

To win third-party citations, Omnia finds relevant publishers and drafts outreach emails, which are sent from your own inbox after approval. This is useful, but treat it like any outreach programme: check every message, because it goes out under your name.

Measure

The agent then measures the effect on visibility, closing the loop. MCP read and write access and an API are available for teams that want the data in their own tools.

Who Should Use Omnia Agent

  • Small in-house marketing teams that need AEO and GEO results without a specialist hire.
  • SEO and content leads who want to see which buyer prompts mention competitors instead of them.
  • Agencies and multi-brand companies, since every plan includes unlimited brands.
  • Growth teams that want to connect AI visibility to leads rather than vanity metrics.

How Much Does Omnia Agent Cost?

Omnia charges in euros. Each plan includes a set number of tracked prompts and insight credits. An insight costs 30 credits, and credits never expire.

Plan Monthly Billed annually What you get
Growth €79/month €63/month 25 prompts, 150 insight credits (five insights), unlimited brands
Pro €279/month €223/month 100 prompts, 600 insight credits, Slack support
Enterprise From €499/month From €399/month 200+ prompts, 1,500 insight credits, dedicated manager with a 24-hour SLA

Pricing taken from useomnia.com/pricing on 29 October 2026, in euros. A 14-day free trial needs no card, and credit packs start at €10 for 150 credits.

On Growth, five insights a month is not a lot, so use the trial to see how many insights a typical Project needs before you choose a tier. Because prices are in euros, UK and US costs will move with exchange rates.

Pros and Cons of Omnia Agent

Pros

  • Does the work, from content to outreach, instead of stopping at reports.
  • Unlimited brands on every plan.
  • A 14-day, no-card trial is longer than many rivals offer.
  • Approval gates before content or outreach goes live.

Cons

  • The credit system takes time to understand, with 30 credits per insight.
  • Euro pricing adds currency risk for non-EU buyers.
  • API access is not part of the entry plan.
  • Customer results are vendor-published, and we found no independent reviews.

Omnia Agent Alternatives

Tool Focus Entry price (as listed on DMS)
Proofsource Tracks AI answers, turns lost questions into fixes and re-tests them From $9/month
Peec AI AI search analytics: visibility, sentiment, sources and gap analysis From $95/month
Profound Enterprise AI visibility with an AI Marketer agent 7-day trial, then custom Enterprise pricing
Notra Asks ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini buyer questions and drafts content for gaps From $100/month

Choose Proofsource if you want the cheapest way to start and statistical proof that fixes worked. Choose Peec AI if you mainly want analytics and gap data for your own team to act on. Choose Profound if you are an enterprise with AI visibility as a KPI.

How to Run a Fair Trial

Fourteen days is enough for a meaningful test if you plan it. On day one, load 10 to 20 prompts that your buyers really ask, plus three named competitors. Let the agent track for a week before you judge any numbers, because AI answers vary from day to day. In the second week, approve one Project and check the content it writes against your brand guidelines and your usual quality bar. Finally, read one outreach draft carefully before you allow anything to go out from your inbox.

How We Scored Omnia Agent

Criterion Score Why
Features 4.5/5 Full loop from discovery to outreach and measurement
Pricing transparency and value 4/5 Public prices and a long trial; credits need careful reading
Evidence and credibility 3.5/5 Ranked launch and named customers; results are vendor-published
Ease of getting started 4.5/5 Self-serve, 14-day trial, no card
Overall 4.1/5 One of the more action-focused GEO tools for small teams

Our Verdict on Omnia Agent

Omnia Agent is a good fit for lean teams that have been asked to improve AI visibility and do not have the time or skills to act on a dashboard. The six-step loop, with approvals before anything goes live, is a sensible design. The two things to watch are the insight credit allowance on Growth and the quality of the outreach drafts. Use the 14-day trial on 10 to 20 prompts that matter to your pipeline, approve one Project and see whether the content it publishes is something you would have written yourself.
