Revnu review 2026: an AI growth hire for outreach and ads, scored 4.1 out of 5 (Digital Marketing Supermarket)

By Saj Ali · Last updated 3 Nov 2026

Revnu is an AI growth agent, which it calls an “AI growth hire”, that finds customers through outbound email and LinkedIn, runs paid ads and publishes content for Google and AI search, then tells you what moved in Slack or iMessage. The Pro plan is $99 a month, and a Managed plan with a human growth engineer is quoted on a call (see Revnu’s pricing page, checked 3 November 2026). Our verdict: a credible, clearly priced product for small teams, scored 4.1 out of 5: a solid, well-built tool with a named, funded team, held back by the legal and brand risks of automated outreach and the limits of the cheaper plan.

For the quick facts, see the Revnu listing on Digital Marketing Supermarket. To compare it with other agents, browse our AI agent tools and read our best AI marketing agents in 2026 roundup.

TL;DR: our verdict on Revnu

  • Verdict: An ambitious one-agent answer to outbound, ads and content, at a clear $99 a month. Worth a careful trial for founders with no growth hire, as long as you keep approvals on and check the outreach rules for your markets.
  • DMS score: 4.1/5 (Solid, well-built tool)
  • Price: Pro $99 a month; Managed quoted on a call; trial terms vary by offer
  • Best for: Founders and small teams with no growth hire who want outbound, ads and content from one agent
  • Not for: Brands that need tight control over sending reputation or every message before it goes out
  • Biggest caveat: Cold outreach and automated ad spend carry legal and brand risk, and the full feature set needs the unpriced Managed plan

Why a “growth hire” rather than a tool

Most marketing tools do one channel. A founder with no growth hire needs several at once: outbound to find the first customers, ads to test demand, and content to be found in Google and in AI answers. Revnu’s pitch is one agent across all three, with learning that carries from one channel to the next. Its funding announcement describes the problem as the part that decides whether a company survives, getting customers, and says Revnu “learns your business and tests every channel” (see Revnu’s funding announcement).

That framing is appealing, but it also raises the stakes. An agent that sends emails in your name and spends your ad budget needs good guard rails. Much of this review is about how Revnu handles that. For background on the category, see our guide to AI agents for digital marketing and our piece on how AI marketing agents are transforming B2B marketing.

What is Revnu?

Revnu is based in Manchester, UK. It was founded by George Jefferson (CEO) and Art Freebrey, who say they met at secondary school and built several businesses together, including software for reselling vintage clothes and trainers and an accounting platform for Vinted sellers. They left university to go through Y Combinator in San Francisco, then returned to Manchester to hire. On 1 October 2026 Revnu announced a $3M seed round led by PXN Ventures, with Y Combinator, identity.vc, InvestorX and angels (see Revnu’s funding announcement).

Named founders, a documented funding round and a recognised accelerator are good signs next to many new AI tools. They don’t tell you how well the product works, which we haven’t tested.

Key features of Revnu

Outbound

Revnu says it finds and scores the companies worth pursuing, researches each lead before it writes, acts on buying signals, reaches the right person by email and LinkedIn, and handles replies until a meeting is booked (see Revnu’s homepage). On Pro you connect your own inbox. On Managed, Revnu’s team buys and sets up outreach domains and mailboxes for you, so your real domain never sends cold email and you don’t touch DNS. Managed also includes gifts to prospects as an outbound touch.

Paid ads

Revnu says it runs ads on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, X, Reddit, Microsoft and TikTok. It tests creative, pauses losers and moves budget to winners. For Meta, the FAQ explains that Revnu writes the ads, builds them paused and launches them when you approve, optimising for clicks or for the purchases, subscriptions and sign-ups your own Meta pixel already tracks. It says it asks before it sets or raises any budget. Ad spend stays in your own ad accounts and Revnu takes no percentage of it.

SEO and GEO

Revnu finds what buyers search and ask, publishes pages and directory listings and tracks your visibility in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity. The tracking cadence differs by plan: Pro checks once a week, and Managed checks every engine daily, in the regions and for the buyer types you choose. If AI visibility is your main need, a dedicated tracker such as Peec AI or MentionBird goes deeper.

Reports and shared learning

Revnu reports in Slack or iMessage when something moves. The site says that if a topic ranks, ads pick it up, and if a cold email gets replies, it becomes next week’s blog, which is the “one shared brain” idea. We haven’t tested how well this works in practice.

Start with one channel

You don’t need to connect everything. The FAQ says Revnu works on what you connect, so you can begin with one inbox, one ad account or your blog and add more later. That’s a sensible way to limit risk. Agencies can give each client its own account with its own connections and plan, so ad spend goes on each client’s ad account.

How Revnu works in practice

  1. Paste your website. Revnu learns what you sell and who buys.
  2. Connect one channel. An inbox, an ad account or your blog.
  3. Approve the work. Ads launch and budgets change only on your yes.
  4. Read the reports. Updates arrive in Slack or iMessage.
  5. Add channels. Widen the scope once you trust the output.

How to get started with Revnu

  • Pick the channel with the lowest risk first. Content on your blog is safer to start with than cold email.
  • Set hard ceilings. Put a daily budget cap in every ad account you connect.
  • Read the sending rules. Cold email rules differ by country, so check them before you connect an inbox.
  • Review the first drafts as an editor. Look at tone, claims and targeting.
  • Check the trial terms. Checkout shows your exact offer, and the terms vary.

How much does Revnu cost?

The table shows what’s on Revnu’s pricing page on 3 November 2026. Prices are in USD, billed monthly, and ad spend is paid to the ad platforms directly.

Plan Price What you get
Pro $99/month All channels (outbound, ads, SEO and GEO), weekly AI engine tracking, a daily limit on the work Revnu starts on its own, self-serve setup
Managed See website (quoted on a call) A growth engineer from Revnu’s team, outreach domains and mailboxes set up for you, daily tracking in every engine, no daily limit

Trial and cancellation

Most offers start with a free trial, usually one day, and the sign-up screen and checkout show your exact offer before you pay. For example, a first-day-free offer takes your card for $0 and charges $99 when the trial ends. There’s no contract or minimum term, and you can cancel from Settings. Fees already billed aren’t refunded unless the law or a Managed order form says otherwise.

Is it good value?

$99 a month for one agent across outbound, ads and content is low next to a growth hire or an agency. The site also argues that for products sold to businesses, one new customer can cover months of the plan. That’s the vendor’s framing, and it depends on your deal size and conversion. Two limits matter. Pro has a daily cap on the work Revnu starts on its own, and the weekly AI tracking is less frequent than dedicated trackers offer. The things many teams will want most, such as a human growth engineer, set-up sending domains and daily tracking, sit on Managed, which has no public price.

The cold-outreach question

Outbound is the highest-risk part of Revnu. Cold email and LinkedIn outreach are regulated differently in different places, and sending at scale from a poorly warmed or reused domain can damage your sender reputation. In the UK and EU, for example, rules on unsolicited electronic marketing and data protection apply, and they differ for individuals and for companies. We’re not lawyers and this isn’t legal advice, but the practical points are simple.

  • Know the rules for each market you target before you connect an inbox, and keep a clear opt-out in every message.
  • Protect your main domain. Revnu’s Managed plan sets up separate outreach domains and mailboxes, which is the usual way to do this. On Pro, ask how sending is set up.
  • Check targeting. Revnu says it researches each lead and acts on buying signals. Review who it picks, and why.
  • Keep approval on for the first weeks, so a human sees what goes out in your name.

The same caution applies to ads. Revnu says it asks before it sets or raises a budget and builds Meta ads paused until you approve. Keep those settings on, and set ceilings in the ad platforms themselves.

Data and privacy

Revnu says that on Pro, it turns lessons from how agents perform across accounts into improvements for everyone, and that nobody sees your content, contacts or results. On Managed, your data stays with your account only. If you handle sensitive customer data or work in a regulated sector, that difference matters, so ask for the data processing terms before you connect lead lists or inboxes.

Who Revnu suits, and who it doesn’t

Good fit:

  • Founders with no growth hire and a product that sells to businesses
  • Small teams that want outbound, ads and content from one agent
  • Agencies that want a separate account and ad account per client
  • Teams that will approve and review work as it arrives

Poor fit:

  • Brands that need to approve every outbound message in a tightly controlled voice
  • Regulated sectors that can’t use shared learning from agent performance
  • Teams that want a dedicated AI visibility tracker with daily checks on every engine, unless they take Managed

Pros and cons of Revnu

Pros

  • Outbound, ads and SEO and GEO in one agent, from a clear $99 a month
  • Asks before launching ads or raising budgets, and takes no cut of ad spend
  • Named founders, Y Combinator and a $3M seed round
  • No contract, and you can start with a single channel
  • Reports in Slack or iMessage

Cons

  • Cold outreach carries legal and deliverability risk
  • Pro has daily limits and weekly AI tracking, and the full set needs Managed
  • Managed has no public price, and trial terms vary by offer
  • On Pro, cross-account learning means your performance data helps improve the product
  • We found no independent results data

Where Revnu fits in your marketing stack

Revnu is designed to be the stack for a very small team: it finds leads, contacts them, runs ads and publishes content. For a larger team, it’s more likely to sit beside a CRM, an ad manager and an SEO tool, covering the gaps. If AI search visibility is your priority, see our guide to generative engine optimisation tools and our Peec AI review.

How we scored Revnu

Every DMS review uses the same five criteria, each marked out of 5, and the overall score is a weighted average on the DMS 2026 scale, with features and evidence counting most. This is a desk review: we scored what the vendor publishes and what independent sources show, not a paid hands-on test.

Criterion Score Why
Features and depth 4/5 Outbound, ads on seven platforms, SEO and GEO content and AI answer tracking from one agent, with reports where you work.
Pricing transparency and value 3.5/5 A clear $99 Pro plan with no cut of ad spend. Managed has no public price, trial terms vary and Pro has daily limits.
Evidence and credibility 3.5/5 Named founders, Y Combinator and a $3M seed round, but outcome claims are the vendor’s own.
Risk and compliance 3/5 Autonomous outreach and ad spend carry legal and reputational risk, softened by approval steps and no contract.
Ease of getting started 4/5 Paste a website, connect one channel, approve the work and read the reports in Slack or iMessage.
Overall 4.1/5 Solid, well-built tool

Our verdict on Revnu

Revnu is one of the more credible “AI growth hire” products we’ve seen. A clear $99 price, approval before ads launch, no cut of ad spend, named founders and a funded round give it more substance than most. It also covers outbound, ads and content in a way that suits founders with nobody else to do it.

The score is held back by the risks that come with automation: cold outreach rules, sender reputation, ad spend and shared learning on Pro. The full set of features, with daily tracking and a human engineer, also sits on a plan with no public price. If you try it, start with your blog or a single ad account, keep approvals on, and set budget ceilings. If you only need ad creative or Google Ads, a narrower tool such as Fastlane may fit better.
