I know some of you came here to hire cheap SEO labor, but I’m not your typical SEO person. I know this kitchen all too well, I’ve rank a lot of local businesses, affiliate sites, parasites, etc, in first page, top 3 both in search results and map packs, in highly competitive keywords with thousands of monthly search volumes, and I have a few sites that are generating me sufficient income.

I’ve been into the dark side and good side of SEO, and anything in the middle too! I can help just above everything, except hardware, CS calls, writing (I only write personal essays now), and video editing.

I don’t settle being just your VA with very little pay, but rather a person who can help drive to your success, if given the right motivation. What I set for monthly/hourly rate above is fixed.

If you’re looking for an Expert who knows what s/he is doing and is a proactive player in your company, then don’t settle for less than what I am asking for as hourly rate. Up to you if you’d rather pay lesser rate person who would love to just watch the clock with your time-tracking by tapping keyboard or moving the mouse, OR get someone who can do the work properly with results and finish right away.

SEO – LINK BUILDING:
Very much knowledgeable in building super high quality PBN, filtering good PBN services, guest posting outreach with 40-60% high success rate, local citations, getting links from Authority websites, anchor texts variations.

SEO – WEBSITE DEV/ONPAGE:
Very much knowledgeable in building wordpress sites for affiliate websites or local businesses, knows about schema markup and json, NAP consistency for map pack ranking, internal linking and siloing, knows how to tweak codes in themes and plugins, design an ecommerce store using Shopify or Woocommerce, flexible on any themes like Thrive or Divi, can also manage backend cPanel and databases if needed.

MANAGEMENT: Able to use different project management software like Basecamp, Asana, Meister Task; Knows how to determine and setup tasks; Adept in using Trello and Slack; Able to make SOP, guideline, DTR, and any training media; Adept on using spreadsheets and any type of documents; designates tasks and see to it that teammates are not over/under loaded; can also do content and marketing planning.

I am currently managing 2 branded social medias of my own Instagram, FB page, Twitter and Pinterest, with 2,000+ followers and huge engagement, knows how to use bots to populate followers, knows where to find good source of solid, real human likers and engagement.

WRITING:
Used to manually spin articles for EzArticleLink company, but now using average written articles for PBN fillers, web 2.0s and sometimes Guest Posts. I am not English native so if you are looking for a topnotch, Harvard-grade articles, look for another person.

PUBLICATION:
I use to write in Lifehack, FamilyShare, Engadget, and currently contributor to some other well-know, big sites under different pennames.

AMAZON:
Knows how to get around Sellercentral account, KDP account, and Associates/Affiliate account. I have a personal account on each platform. Been a Private Label seller on year 2103-17 using Amazing (ASM) course, currently published 1 ebook in KDP, and currently using an Affiliate account.

GRAPHICS:
Photoshop expert, can delete background, can create decent logos, does banners and sidebar ads, Instagram and other social media pictures posts/quotes, coupons creation.

OTHERS:
Using of VPN and remote servers, Able to use bots, Able to use automated software.
