I have a solid 6 years of customer service in different fields of work such as the Food and Beverage industry, General Merchandise marketing, and online business marketing, and call center agent. All fields require a strong focus on customer service.
With my 6 years of combined experience. I was able to enhance my customer service skills, such as oral and communication, high attention to detail, dependability, and initiative.
My customer service skills were already demonstrated in the Philippines and overseas such as Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Qatar. With these being said, I have undergone seminars or training that could improve my personality and skills applicable to my job. I could also work independently, in a team environment, multi-task, work under pressure, computer skills such as Microsoft Office tools, Gsuite, and call center tools.
