I’ve been in a Call Center field for about 9 years and experienced many exciting jobs and positions. I’ve been in a Technical Support Specialist for Nokia and Nokia Apps Store and did design, customization, domain and system issues as well as SEO for Bigcommerce. I expand my experience and capabilities in which I’ve been in a billing and technical support for AT&T, then with customer service for the top sports apparrel brand (Nike) wherein I became a SME, an Assistant Coach (L2) and a Coach (Team Leader).
I am a MS Office literate and experienced lots of email and chat systems. I am enthusiastic, active, have a strong work ethic. I am flexible, adaptable, serious on my works and also reliable. Any work/job will do as I am a fast learner. Due to my acquired skills, I will certainly provide excellent service to your satisfaction.
