Customer Service Representative – A total of 8 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative. I worked as a call center agent in a BPO industry for 3 years. Another 5 years as customer support handling emails and phone calls for my virtual clients.
Technical Support/Tier 2 Specialist – I provide technical service over the phone for American clients for 3 years. I worked with Comcast, AT&T and Linksy routers providing technical support for their customer.
Virtual Assistant – Monitor and responds email for my virtual clients. Handle phone inquiries and proving customer support. Performs vital tasks such as data entry social network monitoring and lead generation and chat support. I also do admin works and transcribing voicemail.
Real Estate Assistant – My job is to call property owners for appointment setting. Research the property for sale and do lead generation. Responsible for updating property owner information, such as data entry. I also handle my client’s Airbnb account for their rental properties.
