I used to handle different line of business, different position and different line of support such as live chat, email and phone, including administrative task. I have been exposed to multitasking, planning,instruction, assessment, while making sure that there is quality in service. I have the necessary qualifications and several years of experience , but of course this does not capture the unique advantages that I can provide to the company.
