I used to handle different line of business, different position and different line of support such as live chat, email and phone, including administrative task. Forward thinking, resourceful professional, initiatives, detail oriented, I believe total client satisfaction defines success. I have been exposed to multitasking, planning,instruction, assessment, while making sure that there is quality in service. I have the necessary qualifications and several years of experience , but of course this does not capture the unique advantages that I can provide to the company.
