My objective is to build longstanding relation with each client that i work, and to deliver 110% on every project that im hired to work on.

Working in a virtual environment for +6 years and having multiple positions as a team leader has equipped me with a knowledge and skill set on how to overcome problems that are rising in this type of environment.

Management: +2 years as a Project Manager utilizing Asana to manage my team and train my team. Another year and a half experience as a team leader for teams in the Admin area.

Extensive experience in Customer and Client Support as working as Community and Social Media Moderator for Upwork. Proven track record of resolving a simple support request to communicating about legal actions and completely changing the customer experience.
