I’m Jen Kelley, project manager extraordinaire and general doer of all the things. That sounds really crazy, I know. But I think it’s the most efficient way to sum up what I do. I have many years experience in project management in a variety of industries – product development, plastics, pharma, construction projects – and I use my spare time to dabble in other areas like web page (specifically WordPress) design and management, event coordination, and Etsy store management. I LOVE to learn new things and new skills, and I LOVE helping people succeed. It’s a huge part of why I started working with Upwork – because I can really make a difference in small businesses, learn a ton of new things, and still have time for my personal development.

Combining a BS Mechanical Engineering and Mathematics undergraduate degree with a Masters in Business Administration & Project Management gives me the unique ability to communicate both in a technical and sales language.
