Hi! I am currently employed as a Marketing Officer in a local company here in the Philippines. My day to day duties include answering emails, meet with people, meeting with brands that we deal with and make reports. the reports will be the summary of the promotion I’ve handled. Prior to this job, I’ve handled an email and chat support account wherein I handle large volumes of emails and queries from clients. I’ve also worked in a bank as an Operations Specialist. I handle documents from borrowers all over USA for checking and documentation. I believe I have enough experience and can do the job expected from me.

English is the main language that’s been used for work application. I have enough experience when it comes to dealing with people who only speaks English.

I’ve worked as Customer Service Representative handling Email and Chat accounts. large volume of chats daily and minimal emails for the duration of my shift.
