Description

I’ve been in the BPO industry for 5 years and been doing technical stuff. I’m experienced and good at when it comes to troubleshooting Windows OS and Mac OS. I also support email like POP and IMAP issues and its ports. I have a strong research ability . I love to work very complex things and been successful in every problem I fix.
I am good at security softwares as well and knows its functions.
The last company I was affiliated with was with Teleperformance. I was a technical support at Teleperformance and uses remote tool to fix clients computer issues with their browsers, email app, antivirus, internet problems, lagging PC, adapters, and doing network administration. I’m an independent person and can work alone with less supervision and ready to gain new skill. I want to have a long- term homebased job which will suit my abilities as a tech savvy dude.
