Description
More than 10 years in the BPO
I have been in the BPO for more than 10 years now handling Customer Service for several big companies such as – Lazada, AT&T U-verse, Comcast, Carlson Wagonlit, Dish Network and T-Mobile, to name a few. I also became part of Training and Quality and has spearheaded several projects while I was in Lazada.
During my free time, I did some Tour Guide stints, did researches for students and sometimes their thesis, also did some encoding jobs.
My knowledge of computers, which enables me to pick up new systems quickly, work independently, and efficiently make me a perfect fit for your opening. I possess an uncanny ability to build rapport and relationships with internal and external customers through different channels (phone, chat, emails, etc.). These, coupled with my ability to examine a process to look for improvement as well as manage multiple projects simultaneously all are valuable assets that I feel can benefit the company. I can solve problems, quickly and precisely.
My skills, attention to detail, and general aptitude all have served me in my previous endeavors which have shaped me into an excellent agent. The approach to my work goes beyond the job description as I am always looking for a way to improve yemydqu. Ru addition to my work, I have always been looked to for decision making.
