Property Management VA
i worked in a call center for almost 10 months. i have mixed experience which I believe qualifies me for any job related to these experiences.
My first call center job experience was in YesVirtualPH as a Property Management VA. I was assigned to the maintenance department. I handled inbound calls and I assisted tenants who are having issues with the property they are renting. I was also given admin tasks
at times, like managing emails and submitting incident reports and more.
After the experience I had, I was looking for better opportunities so I applied to a bigger company. I started working in Qualfon as a Customer Service Representative. I was assigned to a Telecommunication account. After
3 months I have been promoted to Technical Support and we were also given sales related tasks.
