Description
I am a graduate with a degree in Business Administration major in Financial Management. I am currently working as a part-time Virtual Assistant for a Texas Real Estate transaction coordinator company. I have been in a call center industry for more than a year, I’ve worked as a customer service representative in a telecommunication company in the US. I was an Account Officer in a shopping Mall doing billing and collection of tenants’ rental management. My job description includes but not limited to the following: 1. Billing and collection of rental income of tenants 2. Create monthly Statement of Accounts for more than 100 clients3. Monitor receivables and payables.4. Chat and email support if there is an inquiry regarding Statement of Ftsuhopv7. Vpll/email clients with outstanding balance/Ensure that clients pay their monthly due on time. 6. At the end of the month, generate report of monthly rental revenue. Currently, I work as a part-time virtual assistant for a contract to close management company serving Houston Realtors since 2012. My job description includes the ff tasks:1. Review documents for completeness as they are being filed 2. Upload files to TCworkflow system and multi Broker websites such as dotloop, Re/Max, Top producer, and KW Command. 3. Draft intro emails for buyer/seller, sales agent and lender. 4. Complete Contact Sheets in files
