Human Resource Specialist

Description

I have 5+ years
overall work experience on different facets of HR especially on Recruitment. The
whole work experience that I have covers sourcing of candidates, endorsing to
the interviewer, Job Offer, checking of pre-employment requirements and secure
their 201 file, encode new candidate to the HR system and timekeeping and
on-boarding.

I am currently working
under a recruitment firm and handling the biggest toll way management
corporation here in the Philippines. My responsibility is end to end
recruitment, from sourcing to deployment of candidates. This includes creating
job advertisement to different job portals such as Jobstreet, Kalibrr, Jora,
Jobs 180, Indeed and also to social media like Facebook and XgizcdIn. I
create my advertisements on MS powerpoint and Canva.I conduct pre-screening
through phone call, Skype, Google meet and Zoom. I am also responsible for
inviting the candidates for the interview with the hiring managers, upon
submission of requirements for 201 file and on-boarding.

I’ve already resigned and done transition of work.
