I worked as Admin Assistant in a Logistics/Forwarding Company in Philippines more than 15 yrs and assisting all marketing related and communicate the client zdtmeeg. Hrarching the potential clients target weekly using google map and making list in google spreadsheet.
I have a strong and proven experience in doing sending emails and data entry with efficiency and accuracy and in doing web/internet research. I am well-served in MS OFFICE Applications like WORD and EXCEL and also in Google Applications like Google Docs and spreadsheets. I am a fast learner, has very keen eye to details and accurate. Resolves deficiencies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution. Enters customer and account data by inputting alphabetic and numeric information on keyboard or optical scanner according to screen format. Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures. Verifies entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data.Combines data from both systems when account information is incomplete. Tests customer and account system changes and upgrades by inputting new data. ? Secures information by completing data base backups. ?
