As an admin assistant in a Media company I was tasked in maintaining database by entering new and updated customer and account information. Prepared source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information. Processes customer and account source documents by reviewing data for phudxenlbnfe. Annding weekly & monthly report of sales using excel sheets.
Managing and distributing information within an office. Answering phones, taking memos and maintaining files. Also in charge of sending and receiving correspondence, as well as greeting clients and customers. Lastly, I was tasked to do the payroll.

I have 2 years experience in Office and Admin assistant. I have worked mostly on excel sheets for the weekly & monthly sales report. Entertaining customers for the raffle promo of our station, answering phone calls and also tasked to do the payroll.
