OutreachGuy Review 2026: AI SDR for the Leads You Never Chased

October 30, 2026 · 4 min read

Some links on Digital Marketing Supermarket are affiliate links, and some listings and spotlights are sponsored. We may earn a commission or a fee from these at no extra cost to you. Sponsored placements are always labelled, and payment never decides a review score. We use AI tools to help with research and drafting, and an editor checks and edits everything before it’s published.

OutreachGuy is an AI SDR for the leads already sitting in your CRM: quote requests that got a PDF and nothing more, demos that went quiet, trials that never paid and past clients. You give it a list, and it researches each person, writes from your own accounts and follows up across up to eight channels until someone is ready to talk. For the quick facts, see our OutreachGuy listing on Digital Marketing Supermarket. This OutreachGuy review covers what it does, who it suits, pricing, alternatives and our verdict.

Everything below was checked against outreachguy.ai, its pricing page and its Product Hunt launch on 29 October 2026. We have not used OutreachGuy ourselves.

Is OutreachGuy Real? What We Checked

OutreachGuy is brand new: it launched on Product Hunt on the day we checked, 29 October 2026. It is made by a founder named Yoann and has no published funding or customer list yet. Its site is clear that it is aimed at lists where one customer is worth real effort, not at blasting thousands of emails.

How OutreachGuy Works

Research Before Writing

Before the first message, the agent reads each person’s website, posts and your history with them, so openers refer to real context, such as a quote requested in May or a team that has doubled in size.

Your Own Accounts, Every Channel

Messages go out from your own Gmail, LinkedIn, X, WhatsApp, Telegram and phone, because people reply to a person rather than a brand. You set daily limits per channel, and it does not send at weekends unless you allow it.

A Reply Changes the Plan

If someone answers on X, the conversation continues there and the next email is cancelled. An opt-out on one channel applies to every channel, and follow-ups can run for weeks within your limits.

You Approve Every Meeting

When a lead is ready, OutreachGuy checks your calendar and asks you before it books anything. A weekly view shows leads worked, replies and meetings. You can set it up from Claude or ChatGPT by pasting a setup prompt, and lists come from CSV or HubSpot.

Who Should Use OutreachGuy

  • Agencies and studios with quote requests that were never followed up.
  • SaaS companies with lapsed trials and quiet sign-ups.
  • Service businesses re-engaging past clients.
  • Event teams with badge scans nobody contacted.

It is not designed for net-new cold prospecting at scale.

How Much Does OutreachGuy Cost?

Plan Price What you get
Plus $79/month yearly or $99 monthly 10,000 credits, about 200 leads a month
Pro $199/month yearly or $249 monthly 30,000 credits, about 600 leads a month
Max $479/month yearly or $599 monthly 100,000 credits, about 2,000 leads a month
Managed Quoted Inboxes, domains and numbers set up for you, plus two weeks of human oversight

Pricing taken from outreachguy.ai on 29 October 2026, in US dollars. The 7-day free trial includes 1,000 credits and needs a card.

Plans differ only by credits, and a lead worked to the end on every channel uses about 50 credits. That puts Plus at roughly 200 leads a month, or about 40 cents a lead on the yearly price.

How We Scored OutreachGuy

Criterion Score Why
Features 4/5 Per-lead research, eight channels and cross-channel reply handling
Pricing transparency and value 4/5 Clear credit maths and public prices; card needed for trial
Evidence and credibility 2/5 Launched the day we checked; no customers or results yet
Ease of getting started 4/5 Self-serve, CSV or HubSpot import, setup prompt for Claude or ChatGPT
Overall 3.5/5 A smart idea with good safeguards, but too new to judge on results

Our Verdict on OutreachGuy

OutreachGuy tackles a real and often ignored problem: leads that cost money to win and were then left to go cold. The focus on research, your own accounts and strict opt-outs is the right way to do it. As a launch-day product it has no track record, so use the trial on a small list of high-value old leads, keep channel limits low and measure meetings booked before upgrading.
