What is TopMessage?

TopMessage is an SMS and WhatsApp messaging platform for campaigns, appointment reminders, verification codes and customer conversations, with an AI agent, TopAgent, that turns a plain-language brief into a campaign for you to approve. It is run by TopX CJSC, a company registered in Armenia (see its Terms and Conditions). On 29 October 2026 TopAgent launched on Product Hunt for B2B event invitations and finished seventh on the daily leaderboard. Everything below was checked against TopMessage’s own pages on 30 October 2026. We have not used the product.

The short version: TopMessage covers sending and replying in one place, and the Starter plan is free with 20 messages. The headline $16 price is the quarterly rate shown to US visitors, and you pay for messages on top (see the pricing page).

SMS and WhatsApp campaigns

You send bulk SMS and WhatsApp campaigns now or on a schedule, to segments of your contact list, from a branded sender name. Campaigns support templates, personalisation fields, media, link shortening with click tracking and QR codes (see Marketing Campaigns).

A shared inbox for replies

Replies from SMS and WhatsApp land in one inbox, where your team can search, filter, use saved replies and mark threads as resolved. TopMessage also offers AI-suggested replies there (see Messaging Inbox).

Automation and APIs

Scheduled and recurring messages, drip sequences, and triggers based on events or dates cover reminders and follow-ups (see Automated Messaging). Developers get a messaging API and a Verify API for one-time passcodes, and the homepage lists HubSpot, Salesforce, Zapier, Make, Power Automate and webhooks.

TopAgent, the AI agent

You describe a goal in plain language. TopAgent picks the contacts, writes a message for each segment, builds the campaign and suggests what to do next. TopMessage’s FAQ says TopAgent never chats with customers on its own, that nothing is sent until you approve it, and that every action is logged.

How TopMessage Works

You sign up, add or import contacts, and register a sender. That can be a branded SMS sender name, a virtual number customers can text, or a WhatsApp sender. Then you either build a campaign yourself or brief TopAgent and approve what it drafts. Replies come back to the inbox, and results such as delivery and clicks appear in the campaign reports.

How Much Does TopMessage Cost?

TopMessage has four plans (from the pricing page, checked 30 October 2026). Prices depend on where you are: US visitors see dollars, and from the UK the same page shows pounds. The figures below are the US prices on quarterly billing, excluding VAT.

On top of the plan, you top up a balance and pay for each message you send. The price depends on the channel and the destination country. From the UK, Pro showed as £22 a month on quarterly billing or £24 on monthly billing, and SMS from £0.028 each. TopMessage’s Terms say all purchases are non-refundable, plans renew automatically and message credits expire 12 months after purchase.
