Cuttable Review 2026: Pricing, Claims and What We Could Verify

October 27, 2026 · 11 min read

Cuttable review 2026: an AI ad platform for ecommerce brands, from $1,110 a month (Digital Marketing Supermarket)

Cuttable is a legitimate, well-funded AI ad platform for ecommerce brands, but every result it advertises is its own, and we reviewed it from public pages without using it. It builds ads from your own photos and footage, publishes them to Meta and reads the results back. On 22 October 2026 it raised an A$20 million Series A led by Airtree Ventures (see the AAP and PR Newswire release, checked 27 October 2026). Our verdict: it scores 3.3 out of 5, which is a careful trial rather than a recommendation, because the evidence is vendor-supplied and the entry price is $1,110 a month.

For the quick facts, see the Cuttable listing. The relaunch landed five weeks before Black Friday on 27 November, so if you are also weighing cheaper tools, start with our Fastlane AI review.

TL;DR: our verdict on Cuttable

  • Verdict: A real, well-funded and unusually transparent AI ad platform for ecommerce brands that already spend heavily on Meta. Worth a careful trial through a demo with your own data, not on the strength of its headline numbers.
  • DMS score: 3.3/5 (Worth a careful trial)
  • Price: From $1,110/month per brand (USD); Growth $2,150; Scale $3,298; Enterprise custom; demo only
  • Best for: Ecommerce brands and agencies spending $10k+ a month on Meta that are short of fresh creative
  • Not for: Small advertisers, teams outside Meta and ecommerce, and anyone who wants to try before talking to sales
  • Biggest caveat: Every performance figure, including the 4.4x average ROAS, is Cuttable’s own, and we have not used the product

Is Cuttable real? What we checked

A funding announcement is not proof of a product, so we checked the company before the features. All of this is from public pages on 27 October 2026.

None of that shows the product works. It does show a real, accountable company, not a landing page. The company’s LinkedIn page is linked from its site (see Cuttable on LinkedIn).

What Cuttable does

Cuttable’s own description is three steps, which it calls “ads that learn”:

  • Predict: it reads results from connected channels and works out which ads to make next, or builds from your idea
  • Build: every ad is cut from your own photos and footage, in every format, ready to edit and approve
  • Optimise: ads publish straight to Meta, and each result feeds the next round

The platform page lists eight modules: brand strategy, ad designs, shoots, products, business data, publish to Meta, ad insights and recut (see the platform page).

Cuttable loop in three steps: predict the next ads from your results, build layered ads in every format from your own assets, and optimise by publishing to Meta and reading results back
Cuttable’s own three-step description, summarised from its platform page and the 22 October 2026 release. We have not tested it.

The difference from prompt-first tools is where it starts. Cuttable says it builds from your assets and results, and that AI only fills gaps such as a missing shot or angle. You can review and edit before you publish. For prompt-first alternatives, see our guide to AI UGC ads for digital marketers.

Connections and formats

The platform page shows connections for Meta, Shopify, Klaviyo, Triple Whale, Northbeam, Motion and ProfitPeak, plus a link to existing flows in Claude and ChatGPT. Ads come as static and video in 9:16, 1:1 and 4:5. When you download or publish one ad, Cuttable says it sends it in every size Meta needs, and that this counts as one ad against your monthly number.

Meta is the centre of gravity. The pricing page lists Meta and TikTok as channels and the release says ads publish to TikTok, but the module that describes publishing only mentions Meta, so ask exactly what TikTok support covers.

How much does Cuttable cost?

Plans are priced per brand, not per user, and teammates can be added without raising the price (see Cuttable’s pricing page).

Plan Price Ads exported / AI credits Pitched at
Performance $1,110/month 75 ads / 1,100 credits $10k to $25k a month on Meta
Growth $2,150/month 200 ads / 2,200 credits $25k to $50k a month
Scale $3,298/month 600 ads / 3,300 credits Single brands at $50k+ a month
Enterprise Custom Pooled ads / custom credits 3+ brands, markets or regions
Screenshot of the Cuttable pricing page: Performance $1110, Growth $2150, Scale $3298 and Enterprise custom, with ads exported and AI credits per month
The Cuttable pricing page on 27 October 2026: four plans, priced per brand per month in USD.
Cuttable plans per brand per month: Performance $1,110 for 75 ads, Growth $2,150 for 200 ads, Scale $3,298 for 600 ads, Enterprise custom, with the Meta spend each is pitched at
The four plans side by side. The per-ad figures are our arithmetic, assuming you use the full monthly allowance.

Two details matter. First, you create unlimited ads but only the ones you export or publish count, so the monthly allowance is a budget for finished ads. Second, AI credits apply only to the Shoots studio, at 1 credit per image and 3 per second of video. Extra credits can be bought. If you used every export, the price works out at roughly $14.80 an ad on Performance, $10.75 on Growth and $5.50 on Scale (our arithmetic, not Cuttable’s).

We found no free trial and no self-serve sign-up: every button leads to a demo. If your Meta spend is under $10,000 a month, that is your answer for now. Set your test budget first with our guide to Facebook ad budgets.

The numbers Cuttable claims, and what we could check

This is the part to read slowly. Cuttable publishes strong results, and all of them are its own.

Screenshot of the Cuttable homepage by the numbers section: 4.4x average ROAS, 37% higher ROAS and 14x faster process, all Cuttable's own claims
Cuttable’s own headline numbers on its homepage, captured on 27 October 2026. We could not verify any of them.
Claim Where it appears Our check
4.4x average ROAS after moving to Cuttable Homepage, both releases Self-reported; no method published
37% higher ROAS for brands running 3+ ad types Homepage Self-reported; the US release words it as a 37% lift in account-level ROAS

About 42 ads to find one that moves the business; 1% of ads earn half of revenue; nearly half lose money Release, Prompt the Market’s write-up Cuttable’s analysis of 280,000 ads from 680 brands; not independent
Titan Shutters: A$431k from A$48k of Cuttable ad spend, 11.7x ROAS Titan Shutters case study Customer case study published by Cuttable

The pages also disagree with each other. The brand count appears as 420+ (US release), 440+ (Australian release and site) and 450+ (About page), the Meta spend analysed as US$260 million in the Australian release and more than $320 million in the US release and on the About page, and funding as $17 million on the About page against A$20 million for this round. These look like pages updated at different times, but they are a reason to ask for current, brand-level evidence. On the Titan numbers, A$431k of revenue from A$48k of spend is a single case study, and the CEO’s quote is in Cuttable’s own page.

The research does carry one useful idea for this season. Cuttable says brands launch 3.4 times as many ads a day in November as in October ahead of Black Friday, so creative volume is the bottleneck it targets. That is Cuttable’s analysis, not independent data. For a wider market view, see our guide to ad intelligence tools.

Who owns the ads, and what happens to your data?

Cuttable’s AI, IP and data usage page says you keep ownership of what you upload and of the outputs, and that outputs are intended for commercial marketing use. Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving content before publishing (see the AI, IP and data usage page).

On training, the page says Cuttable uses customer content to provide the service, and that aggregated usage data may be used to improve the platform, without personally identifiable information. That is clearer than most tools, but it does not say your assets are never used to train models, so ask that question directly and get the answer in writing.

What we could not verify

  • We have not used Cuttable, so we cannot say how good the ads are or how easy the editor is.
  • Every performance figure above is Cuttable’s own, and we could not check the customer claims.
  • The names and counts of customers differ between its pages, and the About page funding figure is out of date.
  • TikTok publishing is described differently on different pages.
  • We did not check the LinkedIn follower count or the third-party funding figure beyond AdNews and the release.

Who should use Cuttable (and who should not)

  • Good fit: Shopify brands spending $10k+ a month on Meta, performance teams short of creative and agencies that want a shared brand-safe system
  • Poor fit: small advertisers, brands that advertise mostly on search or other channels, and anyone who wants a free trial

Pros and cons of Cuttable

Pros

  • Builds from your own assets, with layered, editable ads and your approval before publishing
  • Public per-brand pricing and unlimited teammates
  • A real, funded company with named founders, a Terms of Service and an AI, IP and data page
  • Reads results back into the next brief, the step Cuttable says most AI ad tools skip

Cons

  • Meta and ecommerce focused
  • Results are self-reported, and some numbers differ between pages
  • No independent reviews or hands-on test yet

How to run a fair demo

Because the evidence is self-reported, make the demo your test. Export 90 days of ad-level Meta data and pick three products you will push for Black Friday. Ask Cuttable to produce 10 variants per product from your own assets, then compare them with your current best ad on hook, offer and brand fit. Check that edits stay layered, how approvals work and what the AI, IP and data page does not cover. Ask for results from brands of your size, not the headline average. If you test on Meta this season, see our guide to Meta Muse for digital marketers, and browse more Meta ads tools and ad creative tools.

How we scored Cuttable

Every DMS review uses the same five criteria, each marked out of 5, and the overall score is the average. This is a desk review: we scored what the vendor publishes and what independent sources confirm, not a paid hands-on test.

Criterion Score Why
Features and depth 4/5 Predicts, builds, publishes and reads results back, with layered edits and a brand kit.
Pricing transparency and value 3.5/5 Public per-brand prices, but a high entry point and no self-serve or trial.
Evidence and credibility 3/5 A real, funded company with named founders, but every performance figure is its own and its numbers differ between pages.
Risk and compliance 3.5/5 Approval before publishing and a clear AI, IP and data page, but we could not test data handling or check customer claims.
Ease of getting started 2.5/5 Demo only, with assisted onboarding on every plan, so you cannot try it on your own.
Overall 3.3/5 Worth a careful trial

Our verdict on Cuttable

Cuttable looks like a serious product from a real, funded company, and the idea of ads that learn from their results is a sound one for ecommerce brands that already spend on Meta. Its pricing is public, its policies are clearer than most, and its approval step keeps you in control.

The score is held back by what we cannot see: every result is self-reported, some numbers disagree between its pages, and there is no way to try it without a sales call. If you spend $10k or more a month on Meta, book the demo and bring your own data. If you want a lower-cost start, look at Fastlane AI first.

FAQs

What is Cuttable? Cuttable is an AI ad platform for ecommerce brands. It reads your channel and Shopify data, proposes the next ads, builds them from your own photos and footage, and publishes them to Meta.

Is Cuttable legit? Yes, on our checks. It is run by Cuttable Operations Pty Ltd (ACN 669 868 928) in Victoria, Australia, led by Sam Kroonenburg, who co-founded A Cloud Guru, and it raised an A$20 million Series A led by Airtree on 22 October 2026. We could not verify its performance claims.

How much does Cuttable cost? From $1,110 per month per brand on Performance, with Growth at $2,150 and Scale at $3,298. Enterprise is custom. Prices are in USD, per brand rather than per user.

Does Cuttable have a free trial? We found no free trial or self-serve sign-up. Every call to action on its site leads to a demo.

What is the difference between ads created and ads exported? Cuttable says you can create unlimited ads, but only the ads you publish or download count towards your monthly number. An ad published to Meta in all three sizes counts as one.

How do Cuttable AI credits work? Credits apply only to the Shoots studio: one image costs 1 credit and one second of video costs 3. Each plan includes a monthly allowance and more can be bought.

Are Cuttable’s results verified? No. The 4.4x average ROAS, the 37% figure and the customer case studies are Cuttable’s own claims, and some figures differ between its pages. Ask for results from brands like yours.

Who owns the ads Cuttable creates? Cuttable’s AI, IP and data page says you keep ownership of what you upload and of the outputs, and that you must review and approve content before publishing.

What are good alternatives to Cuttable? Fastlane AI for a lower-priced ad agent, Arcads for realistic AI UGC video, Creatify for video ads from product URLs and Rapid Ads for bulk launching Meta ads.
