Pressmaster review 2026: AI thought leadership content and leads. from $29 a month, free trial with a card needed, scored 4.7 out of 5 (Digital Marketing Supermarket)

By Saj Ali · Last updated 4 Nov 2026

Pressmaster is an AI content platform for founders, executives and agencies that want to post regularly without writing every word. It interviews you to learn your voice, finds topics, writes and publishes posts and articles across social networks and blogs, and then finds the people engaging with your content and sends them to your CRM. Plans start at $29 a month, with a free trial that needs a card. We reviewed it from Pressmaster’s public pages, help docs, terms and G2 reviews on 3 November 2026, without signing up. Our score is 4.7 out of 5.

TL;DR: our verdict on Pressmaster

  • Verdict: 4.7/5. A broad, well-reviewed platform that covers the whole path from idea to post to lead. Check the credit allowance and the cancellation rules before you start.
  • Price: Starter $29, Leader $96 and Partner $499 a month per user; 25% off when you pay yearly. Agency and Enterprise on request.
  • Trial: Starter and Leader start at $0 today; the docs say Leader has a 7-day trial. A card is needed, and you are charged unless you cancel in time.
  • Best for: founders, executives and B2B teams who want a steady LinkedIn and blog presence in their own voice, and agencies running several client accounts.
  • Before you buy: unused time is not refunded, monthly credits do not roll over, and cancelling is done inside the app.

What Pressmaster is

Pressmaster calls itself a “thought leadership platform for founders” and “the AI team that gets you seen everywhere and turns attention into qualified leads”. In practice it is a set of AI agents that plan, create and publish content in your voice, and then look for potential buyers among the people who engage with it. Pressmaster says its playbooks come from working with 2,000+ B2B leaders.

Pressmaster’s homepage, 3 Nov 2026.

It is made by Pressmaster AI Inc., a Delaware company whose founders are Raoul Plickat and Alex Petrisor. Unlike a scheduler such as Postiz, it writes the content as well; unlike a single-network agent, it covers seven social networks, four blog platforms, press releases and lead finding in one account.

How it works, step by step

Based on Pressmaster’s own help docs (these are the vendor’s descriptions, not our tests):

  • 1. Teach it your voice. You answer an AI interview by text, voice or video. Pressmaster builds a voice profile and a “Twin” that remembers your views and stories.
  • 2. Find ideas. Find Ideas scans 500,000+ sources a day for trends in your industry, and you can turn any trend into a new interview.
  • 3. Create. Agents draft posts, articles, images, carousels and infographics, and on Leader you can test hooks with a simulation before you post.
  • 4. Approve and publish. Nothing goes out without your approval. You can publish or schedule to LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Threads, Bluesky, Facebook and YouTube, and to WordPress, Webflow, Wix and Ghost.
  • 5. Turn attention into leads. On Leader, Pressmaster finds people engaging with your content, scores them against your ideal customer, finds contact details and syncs them to your CRM.
  • 6. Work where you are. You can talk to your agents in Slack, WhatsApp, Telegram or the app, and there are iOS and Android apps.

Credits: each task uses credits. Pressmaster’s docs list 33 credits for a post, 51 for an article and 124 for an image, so Starter’s 9,000 credits cover roughly 270 posts a month if you only write posts. Monthly credits do not roll over, but top-up credits do, and purchased credits last 12 months.

Free trial: Starter and Leader both show “$0 today”, and the docs say Leader includes a 7-day free trial. You need a credit card to sign up, and you are charged on the last day unless you cancel first. Partner has no trial and starts with an intro call.

Refunds, cancelling and terms

Pressmaster’s terms were last updated on 23 October 2026. Subscriptions renew automatically and are “generally non-refundable”, and the help docs say there are no refunds for unused time or missed trial deadlines, with possible exceptions where verified critical bugs stopped you using the platform. Purchased credits are non-refundable.

To cancel, go to Account Settings, Billing, inside the app. Cancellations by email or support ticket are not accepted. You can pause for one to three months instead, and cancelling moves you to a free plan with $15 of credits rather than closing your account. The terms include binding individual arbitration and Delaware law, and say you keep ownership of your content.

Privacy, security and UK GDPR

Pressmaster’s privacy policy says it does not use your content or conversation data to train its own AI models. The third-party AI providers it uses work under data processing agreements that bar them from training on customer data, though they may keep data for 30 to 90 days for security monitoring. Voice features involve biometric data, which needs your consent and is deleted within 30 days of a request.

Its trust centre lists SOC 2 Type 2 as compliant, with ISO 27001, GDPR and HIPAA in progress, and shows 32 policies and 67 controls.

Pressmaster’s trust centre, 3 Nov 2026.

For UK teams: Pressmaster is a US company and uses standard contractual clauses for transfers. The lead finding feature collects names, emails and phone numbers of people who engage with your posts, so check your lawful basis under UK GDPR and PECR before you contact them.

Company and user reviews

On G2, Pressmaster has 4.8 out of 5 from 219 reviews, 193 of them five stars. Reviewers most often praise how easy it is to use and how well it handles press releases. The most common complaints are limited functionality in some areas, price, occasional bugs and slow loading, and a learning curve, and a few reviewers say credits run out quickly.

A Form D filed with the US Securities and Exchange Commission on 10 March 2026 lists a $4 million offering by Pressmaster.ai Holding Inc., with $2.645 million sold at the time of filing, and names Raoul Plickat, Alex Petrisor and Jonas Anker as directors.

  • Yes: agencies that run thought leadership for several clients and want white label and separate workspaces.
  • Maybe: solo creators on Starter, if two publishing channels and 9,000 credits are enough.
