I’m an email, web and marketing specialist with over eighteen years of experience in website administration and direct marketing. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated an exceptional ability for meeting organizational objectives and demands for both my clients and my employers.

In addition to my marketing skills, I have extensive administrative, organizational and project management expertise. I’m very proficient in Apple iWork and Microsoft Office, as well as the Google Productivity Suite, OpenOffice, and Zoho Workplace. I have worked with a myriad of software/service/SaaS tools, including but not limited to: Adobe Creative Suite (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, Premiere), Salesforce Marketing Cloud (formerly ExactTarget), ActiveCampaign, MailChimp, Campaign Monitor, Constant Contact, AWeber, TextMagic, Hootsuite, Buffer, Zoho CRM Plus, Insightly, Zendesk, LiveChat, Freedcamp, Asana, Trello, Quip, Slack, Evernote, IFTTT and Zapier. If I haven’t listed something you’re looking for, just ask. No guarantees I have, but I’m a quick study.

Email campaign management (marketing automation) is my bread and butter skillset. I have created/managed both informational and transactional emails across various SaaS. Whether you need announcements, newsletters, drip campaigns or lead nurture, I would love to put my skills to work for you and your organization. I have also integrated email to social media including Facebook, Google+, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Tumblr, Twitter, Vimeo, and YouTube.

Part of my core competencies includes HTML/CSS and PHP as well as managing and creating websites designed in WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, Squarespace, Weebly, and Wix. I have experience with API integration as well as installing plugins/modules within the content management systems mentioned.
