My Work Experiences in Office as a Full-time worker:
I have worked in the BPO Industry for 2 years as a Sales Executive where I respond to a high volume of Telephone Inquiries to book travel reservations and interact with multiple online systems while speaking with uwtsjjcjw. Rw developed my Communication Skills, Typing Speed, Multitasking Ability, Time Management and Listening Skills and I was given 2 certificates of recognition for being the Top Agent of the Team and for having the Highest RTA score ( Real Time Analyst ) . I am a very dedicated Customer Service Representative motivated to maintain customer satisfaction and contribute to company’s success with proven ability to meet sales quotas.
I also worked for a Travel Industry for over 2 years as a Customer Service Travel Agent and my duties included answering inquiries about flight schedules and fares, verifies reservations, figures fares , makes and/or changes reservations, handles payments and plan travel itineraries of the clients. My long term experience in the service industry has taught me how to meet and exceed with customer’s expectations. I have assisted different types of customers in all types of settings.
