Customer Service Specialist / Virtual Assistant
I’ve been a Customer Service Specialist probably 6 to 7 years now. I’ve handled multiple accounts already like cable, telco, insurance and even do up selling and sometimes basic troubleshooting.we sent emails, placing orders, doing outbound if needed, contacting retailers if needed and a lot more. Ive been dealing with different types of customers before, I’ve talked to diff nationality and Even gained friends from a diff places. I must say I am good In turning things into positive. Has a good verbal and written skills, reliable, always find way to stay motivated, very patient and competitive.
I used to handle LinkedIn account exported certain information manually to Google Spreadsheet. I am very detail oriented, can work with minimal supervision, reliable, loyal, amazing communicator, discipline and dedicated. “Skills can take you to places, but attitude will keep you there.”
