Description

I attended the University of Santo Tomas under the Business Administration and Marketing Management course, which exposed me to interact with different people in several partner organizations with the goal to promote leadership skills, camaraderie, and community development.
Further than that, working for a BPO company as a Client Support Specialist for a year and half, have allowed me to gain experience in data research and collection, data entry, lead generation, and telemarketing.
I am also competent in using MS Office, and quick to learn other preferred software. I am eager to learn new things and determined to improve my capabilities.
My proficiency in the English language, both oral and written, came from having attended a grammar school since kindergarten so communication will always be smooth, and little to non-existent problems for voice-related tasks.
I have high organizational and multi-tasking skills that have been honed since my days as a student leader in university; therefore, I am confident that I will do well in anything you might have for me to work on.
I am a fast learner, meticulous, and always eager to try out new things.
I have experience working as freelance content writer for a real estate company that’s based in Seattle. My main task was to submit blog contents for the company’s website.
In addition, I have also worked as a virtual assistant for a property management company that’s based in Florida. I mostly handled all incoming leads (via different platforms, e-mails, and calls), attended to maintenance and repair issues, settled bills and invoices, and processed lease applications and renewals.
