I am a Freelance writer/blogger, Recruiter, and Project Manager. I graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Santo Tomas last 2013. Despite the unrelated major, I have obtained significant experience in HR – Recruitment and Project Management as well. As a Project Management Analyst, I am involved in the transition of work from newly Acquired clients of Accenture into the organization. This would involve management of requirements mainly on Technology, Facilities, Training, and Recruitment.

-Accenture Inc. (In charge of on boarding more than 40 agents on a weekly basis for Accenture’s diamond client,Virgin Media.)

-Mondelez (Transition of 70 General Accounting, Order to Cash, and Procure to Pay Finance and Accounting agents to Manila)
-Origin Energy ( Transition 400 Utilities Agents to Chennai and Manila)
-Grab (Transition of of 200 Agents to Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia)
-Virgin Media

Throughout my 5 years of working, I am proud to note the following achievements:
-Saved a total of $60,000 from the allocated budget for Origin Energy due to strategic hiring and minimizing Recruitment costs;
-First Associate to lead Recruitment work streams for transitions allowing me to get promoted in only 1 year;
