As an employee, I have a short experience in a BPO company that handles Amazon account. I have undergone the product training of Amazon as well as the customer representative training courses.
Before the BPO industry, I graduated at Batangas State University with a
Bachelors degree in Accounting Management. I’ve been a 3 time Deans Lister and an active member of organizations such as Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants-BatStateU Local Chapter, Young Accounting Management Society-BatStateU and Junior Philippine Association of Management Accountants- BatStateU Main Campus I.
On the other hand, I’m a part time online seller, I manage to sell products on an online shopping sites here in the Philippines. I’m knowledgeable in marketing and customer service. I have a good English communication skills, written or verbally. I’m computer literate and used to different types of computer programs and applications. I’m a fast learner, willing to be trained, flexible and open for suggestions for improvement.
