Oodrive announces the acquisition of Orphea, specialist in Digital Asset Management
The group specializing in the management of sensitive data is thus strengthening its position in this rapidly growing field of activity in Europe.
The Oodrive group integrates Orphea, the Digital Asset Management solution of the Algoba Systems group, as well as its client portfolio. The Orphea Studio solution offers management of multimedia content in the form of photo libraries and digital media libraries.

Orphea is a leading publisher in Digital Asset Management (DAM), a field that covers indexing, annotation, classification, storage and research of digital assets (images, videos and documents).
Oodrive has a range of collaborative solutions focused on employee productivity and business uses. This acquisition further expands this range, enabling it to strengthen its response to market needs in media data management.
Indeed, this data is often at the heart of confidential and strategic projects. As such, they require specific and very demanding treatment in terms of security. This is the case, for example, with projects for Haute Couture parades, advertising campaigns, short and feature films, or even musical albums under development. Oodrive places the management of sensitive data at the heart of its activity, so this acquisition fits perfectly into its strategy.
