The Mainspring content management system is a product created exclusively by Clockwork Logic, Inc., a Michigan company operated by Jason Justian.

Clockwork Logic primarily focuses on the web development and application needs of non-profit organizations, civic institutions, and small businesses. We specialize in crafting web sites and applications that empower these organizations to maintain a high quality web presence on a reasonable budget.

Clockwork Logic originated in Wyandotte, Michigan in 2000. During that time, Jason built a firm base of clientele within the non-profit industry on the Eastern side of Michigan.

Cost of a Mainspring website mostly depends on two things:

The graphic design: how long it takes to develop it or how long it takes to integrate the design into Mainspring.
Additional custom software: how long it takes to develop it, how long it takes to spec it out.
