In JointSourcing’s collaborative first step, Sales Renewal works closely with you to develop a custom Blueprint for your growth: a detailed, actionable marketing plan.

The plan will be based on a strategic analysis of your: 1) business and marketing goals, 2) current & desired brand messaging and positioning, 3) competitive landscape, and 4) historical campaign performance, we will recommend a menu of potential changes for growth to choose from.

The JointSourcing Blueprint requires 6-12 hours of your time over the course of 5-7 discussions. There is no obligation to continue onto the next Build steps; though 99% of Blueprint clients do. Whether you proceed to the next two steps with us or not, the actionable ideas in the Blueprint are yours to keep.

Step 2: Build Services (1-3 Months)

The second Build step is all the setup and configure tasks your Blueprint’s marketing plan requires. During Build, Sales Renewal selects a custom Team of outsourced talent best suited to implement the changes, improvements and additions to the strategy, brands, marketing and technology called for in your JointSourcing Blueprint.

This dedicated Team, managed by Sales Renewal, will ensure that all of your customer “touch points” (e.g., website, email communications, social media presence, trade shows, collateral, etc.) meet the Blueprint’s requirements and specifications.

The Build Services fee is calendar-based and will be a function of the effort required to implement your Blueprint’s custom marketing plan.

Now that we’ve collaboratively developed your marketing plan and implemented the setup and configuration it requires, your ongoing campaigns, programs and tactics begin. To ramp up the growth without burdening your company, we handle all the day-to-day marketing work that drives your brand , grows your leads and revenue, and frees up your time.

On your behalf, Sales Renewal also manages all the best-of-breed subcontractors that have earned a place on your outsourced Team. We also work closely with you on evolving strategy, bench marking performance.

We will earn a fixed fee each month, determined by the ongoing services we provide. We will also share the risk and reward: earning a small percentage of the revenue we help generate and paying that same percentage of the big ticket marketing expenses we recommend.
