ImagineArt Review 2026: One AI Workspace for Images, Video, Audio and Ads

ImagineArt review 2026: one AI workspace for images, video, audio and ads (Digital Marketing Supermarket)

ImagineArt is a multi-model AI creative suite: one account for image, video, audio and ad generation, with studios for ads, film and fashion, node-based Workflows and an MCP server for AI assistants. There is a free plan with 100 credits a day, and paid plans run from $13 to $250 a month (see ImagineArt’s subscription plans documentation, checked 5 November 2026). Our verdict: a strong all-in-one production tool for marketers who make a lot of visual content, scoring 3.9 out of 5, held back by credit maths that varies by model, a short refund window and frequent pricing promotions.

For the quick facts, see the ImagineArt listing on Digital Marketing Supermarket. For wider video options, read our guide to the best AI video generator tools in 2026 and browse the design and creative tools in the directory. One point to clear up first: ImagineArt (imagine.art) is not Imagine AI (useimagine.ai), which is a separate LinkedIn agent.

TL;DR: our verdict on ImagineArt

  • Verdict: A broad, well-documented creative workspace that replaces several single-purpose AI subscriptions for most marketing content. It is a production tool, not a scheduler or analytics platform.
  • DMS score: 3.9/5 (Recommended, with caveats)
  • Price: Freemium. 100 free credits a day; paid plans from $13 a month, or about $9 a month billed yearly
  • Best for: Social, content and performance marketers, e-commerce brands and small agencies producing images, short videos and ad variations at volume
  • Watch out for: Model-dependent credit costs, monthly credit expiry, public outputs on Basic, and a 3-day refund window

What ImagineArt Is

ImagineArt is run by Vyro, the company named in the copyright line of the site footer. According to its About page, it launched in 2022 as a text-to-image app on web, Android and iOS, built by a small independent team without major funding. Video generation and the first in-house model family arrived in 2024. ImagineArt 1.0, its first fully proprietary image model, launched in September 2025, followed by 1.5 and 2.0. Workflows and Apps followed in late 2025, Film Studio and Ad Studio in May 2026, and Imagine MCP plus a Premiere Pro plugin in June 2026.

The vendor describes itself as bootstrapped and claims 30M+ users across web and mobile, 3M+ monthly active creators on web, 32M+ app downloads and 50+ image, video and audio models. Its LinkedIn company page gives a different headline figure (100M+ users) and lists San Francisco as headquarters with 51 to 200 employees. We treat all of these as vendor claims. What we can say is that it is not a brand-new launch: it has years of shipping history and a large existing user base.

The homepage positioning is now firmly aimed at teams: ’The creative workspace built for teams’, with studios for the work you ship, brand control across outputs and workflows that run on their own. The product is split into three parts that match the switcher at the top of the app: Agent, AI Toolkit and Workflow.

Who ImagineArt Is For

  • Social media and content teams who need a weekly stream of images, short clips and voiceovers in consistent brand styles.
  • Performance marketers who want many ad variations to test, using Ad Studio to start from a product URL.
  • E-commerce, fashion and beauty brands making product shots, on-model imagery and lookbooks without a shoot for every SKU.
  • Small agencies that want a shared credit pool, team seats and Brand Kits rather than one AI subscription per freelancer.
  • Teams using AI assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor who want to call image and video generation from those tools through MCP.
  • Video editors who want generation docked inside Premiere Pro.

It is less suited to teams that only need occasional stock-style images, which the free plan may cover anyway, or to anyone who needs scheduling, approvals and performance reporting in the same tool.

Real Use Cases for Marketers

1. Ad creative testing

Paste a product link into Ad Studio, pick a format and generate video ads with avatars. Then build image and video variations of the winning angle in the Toolkit. ImagineArt has also promoted a creative analyser powered by Brainsuite.ai on its LinkedIn page for testing creatives before spend; we have not tested this and treat it as a vendor feature claim.

2. Product and lifestyle imagery

Use a reference image with style reference and multi-image references (2 on Basic, 4 on Standard, 14 on Ultimate and Creator) to keep a product looking the same across scenes. Fashion Studio is built for apparel shoots and outfit changes. Background removal and upscaling handle the clean-up.

3. Short-form social video

Animate a still with image-to-video, add a voiceover from Audio Studio or sync speech with Lipsync, then trim in the video editor. Plan limits matter here: Basic videos run 3 to 6 seconds at 768p, Standard up to 10 seconds at 1080p, and Ultimate up to 20 seconds in 4K.

4. Repeatable campaign pipelines

Workflows chains models on a node canvas, for example product photo in, five backgrounds, an upscale and a short animation out. Once a pipeline works, it can be saved as an app and reused by the team. Note that the docs say time-limited unlimited generation offers do not apply inside Workflows, which are charged at the standard credit rate.

5. Generation from your AI assistant

Imagine MCP points ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, Grok and other MCP clients at a hosted server (mcp.imagine.art). You sign in with your imagine.art account rather than an API key, and generations come out of your existing credits and land in your ImagineArt workspace. For teams already drafting briefs in an assistant, this removes a copy-and-paste step.

Key Features

Models. ImagineArt’s own image models sit alongside third-party models. The pages and docs we checked name Kling, Seedance, MiniMax Hailuo, Wan, Flux, Ideogram, Runway, Sora 2, Veo, Nano Banana, GPT Image and HeyGen among others. The vendor says the line-up is generated from live configuration and changes often, so treat any list as a snapshot.

Studios. Ad Studio, Film Studio (storyboards, start and end frames, camera control), Fashion Studio, Avatar Studio, Lipsync Studio and Audio Studio (voiceovers, voice cloning, music from a prompt).

Editing. Inpainting, outpainting, upscaling, background removal, video object removal, video recolouring and an agentic video editor that the company has recently promoted as editing by conversation.

Brand and team controls. Brand Kits, team workspaces with a shared credit pool, per-member credit limits, folder sharing and comments. ImagineBusiness adds brand governance and templates on top of Workflows.

Agent. Describe a goal and the agent plans and runs it, covering research, documents, slides, connected apps and websites as well as media. It is new, and we would test it on low-stakes briefs first.

Trust and compliance. The site footer states SOC 2 Type II audit and GDPR compliance, and shows a 4.4 Trustpilot rating. We have not seen the audit report.

Source: ImagineArt subscription plans documentation, checked 5 November 2026. The live pricing page loads prices with JavaScript, so figures come from the official help docs. Quarterly billing is listed at 15% off and yearly at 30% off (Basic works out at $9 a month, Creator at $175), with discounts that may vary by location. Unused subscription credits expire each month; top-up credits do not. A 7-day trial and a November sale were promoted on the pricing page at the time of checking. Web and mobile subscriptions are separate. Confirm prices on the vendor’s site before buying.

Three things matter more than the headline price. First, credits are spent at different rates per model, so the plan pages’ ’about 600 images’ or ’about 97 videos’ a month are estimates based on typical costs. Premium video models will use credits much faster. Second, subscription credits expire at each monthly renewal, even on yearly billing, while top-up credits never expire; ImagineArt spends free credits first, then subscription credits, then top-ups. Third, the free plan’s 100 credits a day adds up to roughly the same volume as Basic’s 3,000 a month, so Basic is mainly buying premium models, upscaling, more concurrency and the ability to spend a month’s credits in one session.

The refund policy is tight. Monthly and quarterly plans can be refunded within 3 calendar days of first purchase, and annual plans within 5, but only if you have used no more than 300 credits. Renewals and dissatisfaction with creative output are not refundable. Treat the free plan, and the 7-day trial where offered, as your evaluation period.

Caveats and Limitations

  • Credit maths varies by model. Budget on your real model mix, not the plan page estimates.
  • Public by default on Basic. Private generations start on Standard, which matters for client work or unreleased products.
  • Unlimited is promotional. ’Unlimited’ image and video generation on Ultimate and Creator is tied to designated models for limited windows, with daily fast-generation limits and a slower relaxed queue after that.
  • Web and mobile subscriptions are separate. A web plan does not transfer to the mobile app, and vice versa.
  • Copyright. Paid plans include commercial use, but ImagineArt’s own FAQ notes that purely AI-generated work may not be copyrightable under current US law. Add human input and avoid others’ logos and trademarks.
  • Moving pricing. The pricing page loads prices with JavaScript and was running a November sale and a trial offer when we checked. Plans bought before 27 September 2025 are legacy plans with different terms.
  • Minor documentation conflicts. For example, the docs list Basic video resolution as 768p but Basic exports as 720p, and Basic team seats as 1 in one table and none in another. Check details that matter to you with support.

How It Compares

ImagineArt competes with other multi-model creative hubs and with single-model tools you would otherwise subscribe to separately. Its main argument is breadth: one login, one credit balance, many models and studios built around marketing jobs such as ads and product shots. A single-model specialist may give you more control over that model’s settings, and a design suite may be better for layouts, templates and print. ImagineArt sits between the two, as a generation and editing layer.

Within DMS, it belongs with AI video generators and video marketing tools, and Ad Studio makes it relevant to paid advertising. If you want to study a competitor’s ad before making your own, VidEngineer reverse-engineers the reference, and ImagineArt can then generate your version. For planning, publishing and reporting, you will still need tools from content creation and management or social media marketing.

And again, it should not be confused with Imagine AI at useimagine.ai, which automates LinkedIn activity and is unrelated.

Our Desk Score

  • Features and depth: 4.5/5. Broad model access, marketing-specific studios, editing, Workflows, Agent, MCP and a Premiere Pro plugin.
  • Ease of getting started: 4/5. Free daily credits, sign-up with Google, Facebook, Discord or email, and clear help docs. The number of tools and models can feel crowded at first.
  • Pricing transparency and value: 3.5/5. Prices and credit rules are well documented, but costs vary by model, credits expire monthly, the live pricing page is JavaScript-only and promotions change often.
  • Reliability and risk: 3.5/5. A long shipping record and stated SOC 2 Type II, but a strict refund policy, separate web and mobile billing, inconsistent user figures and minor documentation conflicts.
  • Overall: 3.9/5 (Recommended, with caveats). Average of 4.5, 4, 3.5 and 3.5, rounded.

This is a desk review based on ImagineArt’s public site, help documentation and company pages, checked on 5 November 2026. We have not run a paid account through a full campaign.
