I work with multiple clients, so removing Upwork’s time tracker from my workflow assures that your information remains completely and totally confidential. That means that if we choose to work together, you’ll have to trust that I’m billing you fairly and I’ll have to trust that you’re not going to deny payment, as manually billed hours are not guaranteed by Upwork. Trust is a two-way street.
MY SIMPLE TWO-STEP PROCESS FOR MARKETING STRATEGY SUCCESS This is a proven process that delivers fantastic results as seen in my client testimonials.
STEP 1: LEAD GENERATION * Strategy β I start at the top by understanding the product(s) and key business objectives like revenue and sales targets. I then conduct market research, if necessary. After research comes idealization and the construction of leveraged marketing strategies custom designed to increase leads. * Implementation β Once a strategy is defined, many of my clients will choose to implement with an in-house marketing team as I take on a consulting role. There are also times when I have adopted a Project Manager role to assist in managing these teams. For smaller clients, I will often do the implementation myself. Whether you want to have me involved in execution or not is entirely your decision.
STEP 2: CONVERSION RATE OPTIMIZATION
This is generally a matter of making content and design hypotheses based on research, current marketing trends, consumer psychology, and behavioral science, then collecting data and making adjustments based on what’s working and what’s not. Commonly known as A/B testing.

My unique approach to consulting is derived from a disparate background in linguistics, design, computer research, music, and behavioral psychology. I’ve spent my entire life pursuing knowledge in a variety of ostensibly random vocations, allowing me to approach marketing from a totally idiosyncratic point of view. I am certified in Content Marketing, Email Marketing, and Inbound Marketing through Hubspot. I also hold certifications from Google for both Google Adwords and Google Analytics. Born and raised in Pennsylvania and accomplished a master’s degree in Business Administration, I’m a country boy with a passion for Football, learning, and solving puzzles. My clients love me for my breadth of knowledge, friendly candor, technical expertise, inquisitive nature, and my love of teaching.
